Well fellas, if breast implants are widely acceptable and women can spend said money to feed either some form of insecurity and or just something they wanna do to feel better, than I see no difference in men choosing to take up something that (IMO) is worse than breast size issue because at one stage we all had hair (Unless genetic issues) And for some men, it was like watching a limb slowly die off and we had no power to stop it. If you can afford it and want it, go for it.

Hair loss affects people completely differently. For most losing hair isn’t really a problem, although for others it may result in psychological & emotional issues. These issues are often connected with how we think others perceive us, and is more often the case for younger men and women who are thinning.

I’m 23 and losing my hair is killing me. There’s just no other way to put it than it’s just absolutely killing me and can feel like I’m suffocating on the inside. It’s humiliating. Nature has singled me out and I have to suffer through this now while all my friends and guys my age still get to have their hair. I feel depressed a lot of the time because I know my life would be so different today if only I had a full head of hair. People tell me to just wear a hat? Ya ok wear a hat at work at home during sex, in a fancy restaurant, in class (teachers tell me to take it off) and the people who tell me to accept it are always either girls or people who still have hair, it’s so unfair. It kills me that despite being 2021 there still is no real solution for this. I can’t accept this, I just can’t. Losing hair in your early 20s is such a painful experience. Why can’t there just be a real solution to this, just why. Why why why why why. So cruel, I’ve tried everything.

You'd think there would be some medicine for this by now. Pills or some hair regenerating topical solution. You could invest in a good wig, there are people who wear wigs every day and you'd never know! I have a similar insecurity with my head, but I'm too insecure to say it, even here. Wigs can be glued on so that they don't fall off. You could also get a strip of hair glued only in the spot where you're losing hair, I've seen hairdressers perform it. Looks totally natural!

I think most people are afraid theirs will go wrong and will look like some kind of freak. NO. These people are very professional. Did it change my life? No. I haven't really noticed me turning more womens heads or anything but then I'm 56 right?..lol . For me it was mostly personal. I LIKE having hair. Nice video. It's good to see people educating others on the subject. It's not without it's inaccuracies though, which I guess is to be expected, since you guys are journalists and have to go with the information you are given. hair transplants leave either a major strip scar in the back of your head. Or, they leave little dot scars from FUE/punch type hair transplant. Plus hairs plucked from other parts of your head don't grow out in the same direction as where it's being transplanted to. Plus not all transplanted hair stays. In some cases it doesn't 'take'. On top of that the process is over a year, and hair will fall out after transplanted, and 'should' in most cases grow back in. Also, not everyone is a candidate for transplants. If you have 'fine'/not coarse hair you most likely are not a candidate b/c your donor hair is not thick enough. Plus forget about shorter hair cuts on the sides and back to expose scaring. Other options are wigs (which can be very good), or SMP, which when done right looks really good. But, males wigs cary a stigma, even though not as bad as it once ways. I believe someday, unless a cure is found people will accept man wigs more as it's just like fake teeth that so many people have these days. As long as it looks good.

People should really change their opinion about wigs. Wigs are great, most of the time looks better than real hair, and wigs should become just as normal as going to a hair saloon for a haircut. Instead of wasting all those resources on perfecting hair transplant technique, jsut focus on making better wigs, people.

Honestly, I'd rather just eat carrots or something with Biotin and other vitamins that help with hair growth then have a hair transplant. Though on the other hand, I'm willingly to accept my slightly thinning hair XD

I had fut three times and I love it...FUT best if a lot of hair is needed ...FUE leaves a lot of pimply scars ..not the best... the fine scar line in fut is best and less noticable

On of the lasting benefits of being Italian American is the uncontrollable hair growth. I'm well into advanced age and still have a full head of hair.

After doing some research a few months ago about getting a hair transplant, I contacted a member of the Natural Hair Turkey team on WhatsApp and from then on everything was easy. I sent them headshots and they got back to me to say how many grafts I will be getting and which part of my head they will be focussing on. They gave me a choice of 2 packages and once I chose which one I wanted all I had to do was pay the deposit and book my flights. I was quite nervous about coming over to Istanbul alone but they put me at ease straight away. They have been so helpful and welcoming.I've had drivers to and from the airport, also to and from the clinic. The staff at the clinic were so nice and friendly and really professional. I totally recommend Natural Hair Turkey.

I am so so thankful I don't have balding genes. In fact, my family is too hairy. I have to pluck my eyebrows and shave every day and my hair grows too fast.

Why don't we donate our hair when we die? I'd gladly donate my whole scalp when I die. Then scientists can have a go at it, make it grow like lab grown meat.

Hair transplant can only be done by your own hair. Your body will reject the hair that is not from your dna.
