How do I do Brainspotting Therapy Online?

Mark, thank you for your work! We are a clinic of 12 therapists, all doing BSP via Telehealth. It is so helpful and profound for our clients. It is a time of co-creativity unlike any I have seen in this field. We are exploring ways to do this work WITH our patients, in their home environments that is profound and empowering. Thanks Mark, it is foundamental to explain and support how to do BSP online in this global Emergency. We can provide a great support online too, because the foundation of BSP is the attunement relational/neurobiological and this can be established wherever you are. Therapy online is effective and it is about doing it differently. We can adapt and use flexibility and resilence to reach our clients. It is Always about the attunement! Well done Mark! I've just recently found out about brain spotting, I find it fascinating ! I wish this was available through NHS. I would love to try it for multiple things I've experienced causing PTSD . Thank you for making this brain spotting video, it's helped me understand it better 😊

Can brain spotting be used for clients who have D.I.D? Like can it help heal the fuzzy past trama that is buried in our mind?

Thanks Ralf. BSP can be used with DID by therapists who have this training and experience. As you probably know, it’s a complex condition so we need to know how to meet this complexity safely and using the BSP resource model.

@@theupsychle6051 thanks. Not completely sure if I have DID (covid makes it hard to see a shrink) but guessing I do. Going to eventually get brain spot therapy so hopefully it works. Thanks for the reply
