I think you might be wrong about the Last Jedi because earlier in the film when Rey is following Luke, there is a scene where it begins to rain during his daily routine, so it's on the island but it's like a half hour earlier into the movie.

A small drop falls from her bottle on the star destroyer, but if you dont count that you could use her washing some parts or later still before finn when she makes that bread thing. I reckon you could even count the beast in the fountain in the background of one of those scenes.
