Question: when you say you are a company, are you the broker, shipper or carrier. I’m still learning and want to know where the 8% is coming from in your example. I’m thinking the broker since the dispatcher doesn’t have direct contact with the shipper. And since we have to negotiate rate on behalf of the carrier. Please let me know.
