Whenever you are ready there are 3 ways I can help you…
 1. Get the FREE program that gives you a 2-5” wider butterfly flare in 14 days or less - bit.ly/butterflyYT-D
 2. Subscribe to Goalie Training Pro TV on KZbin - bit.ly/GTP-TV If you have a specific area of your game that needs work - you will find a solution here.
 3. See if you qualify to work with me in my online group coaching program here - bit.ly/GWGF_6 Step-by-step workout plans that transform your mobility, strength, speed and stamina on the ICE - this is how goalies go from untapped potential to confident and consistent.

This is exactly what I needed to see. I just got off the ice with Nick Dahan and I was struggling with speed. I’ll work though this progression! Thanks Maria.

Keep the content coming. I haven't played in 15 years and I never had proper training in stretching or just actual coaching. I was flexible and basically had to figure out everything on my own. It's nice to see someone taking the step to teach. I'm a dinosaur at 34 trying to play the toughest position in sports AGAIN. I downloaded the butterfly app and everything you've been posting has helped me. I thank you for that

Without a gym and heading into winter months, these are a great addition to any at home workout for goalies. Excellent stuff as always.

Awesome - - glad to help you find that extra gear in the crease - feels good when you can beat the pass and follow the shot all the way into your body.

Maria. Very well said! YES. Deceleration before acceleration. From my own experience, I grew up playing ice hockey my whole life and went skiing for the first time once I graduated college. I was able to ski black diamonds with speed during my first day because stopping on skis was identical to ice hockey stopping (when I remained on my feet!!!)! I never thought of teaching it that way....great job!!

These are great! I have already been creating my workouts based on so many training drills you have given and have felt a major improvement with not even being on the ice yet. The strengthening exercise, mobility training, the back/core so no back stretching I do everyday along with the butterfly challenge. As I get more ideas and you give more I start playing around with what I feel to work on more. Look forward to addicting these in and would be great to do another video. Thankyou!
