My friend was farming the first encounter of Warlord's last year for any Indebted Kindness, which never dropped for him (funnily enough, I managed to get two while another friend taught us the dugeon). Helped him complete the dungeon so he could get the one from Banshee. And of course he got a Lead from Gold/Voltshot roll before we finished the dungeon.

Not only Bitter/Sweet can get the same roll but also Wicked Sister from Vanguard. You maybe want to stock up on these to use Eternal Warrior and Sanguine with other subclasses, for example Bitter/Sweet with Thundercrash and Wicked Sister with Needlestorm/Strand Subclass.

VS Chill Inhib is on the recently juiced Rapid-Fire Heavy GL archetype so that's a point in favour of it. The static roll from Banshee here is the best general purpose DPS roll in the game, only edged out by some high skill rotations involving Sniper Rifles to proc a Cascade Point/Bait and Switch VS Chill Inhibitor that can fit in a way to quickly reload it without Envious Assassin on it. Acosmic from FotL is also a Rapid-Fire and has BnS in col 4 but only has some middling DPS enhancement perks in col 3 (Clown Cart, Withering Gaze for team support after the artifact rotates, and Air Trigger for reserves increase). It's also not available anymore.

Yes Wicked Sister CAN get that roll but the perk pool is massive. I've been turning in Vanguard engrams for it this whole episode (7ish Zavala resets) and haven't gotten a single one with those perks

I want to add a small correction to the slide shot rose roll. Explosive payload in PVP is a damage nerf on hand cannons, and it lowers your three tap range. At far ranges you will do more damage as the explosive part does not have damage falloff but explosive payload isn't no where need as great of a perk as it used to be due to its recent nerf. Great video.

As good as the Hothead might be, the rocket launcher from Echoes does the job the best. Clown/Bipod allows you to have 2-3 rockets in your mag, with a reserve count of 15 at base, and it's a precision frame rl, so tracking module is intrinsic. Get the Echoes rl if you can.

I grinded warlords ruin over 100 times throughout the past year. Not a single drop with voltshot at all. Not ONE. And only about 8 in total dropped the entire year it’s bs. So I took that loose change and voltshot roll and counted my blessings. Yes I’d prefer to have lead for gold but loose change is still really nice and I’m happy with it. Screw the shit rng.

Compass Rose is not meta defining with THAT roll. It has the same roll as Matadoor threat/opening, and an even better roll if you're on controller with slickdraw/opening. The reason you don't see many with it is because most ppl already had a Matadoor that wanted one, even though Compass is better because it's enhancable, but 2 those rolls were EXTREMELY hard to get from an extremely boring event that only dropped bows lol. It took me over 300 Bonfire Bashes to get a single one with that roll. And then Episode 2 launched, and it was immediately power crept(alongside Matadoor) by Prophet of Doom and then Scavengers Fate. But Compass Rose IS meta defining, just not THAT trash roll Bungie gave us(this isn't Forsaken and it isn't Dustrock Blues).

One reason to not buy the VS Chill is that it requires a Vesper's Host run. Some of the other weapons they have offered require other dungeon runs. If you have done the dungeon then he's right -- get the weapon.

Explosive Payload now decreases the bullet's overall damage so you arguably shouldn't use it for the range drop off either. Purely for flinch (was also slightly nerfed) and and visual confusion

Given that I'm not playing endgame as often anymore I find these weapon rolls ok. If anything I got what I needed for my loadouts a long time ago, and these are just something to play around with if I want to experiment with something. The grenade launcher though is a definite must for dps.

8:18 doesn't matter if it has slightly less stats, it can be enhanced. Problem is they didn't give ppl the godroll. It has both threat/opening and even better slickdraw/opening(if you're on controller, on m&k, that roll isn't good but controllers' aim assist offsets slickdraws negatives) and enhancing those make it better than any Matadoor roll. But the roll Bungie gave us is trash, they gave is the Dustrock Blues godroll from 6 years ago lol.

That was NOT the roll everyone was trying to get on Compass Rose and wouldn't drop from Solstice. That roll was slickdraw/opening shot. It no joke took me over 300 Bonfire Bashes while doing countless of the bounties as well to get a SINGLE one for drop with that combo. Threat/opening was also rare as I got 2. I was actually writing down all my rolls during this time because I couldn't believe how long it was taking, and I got no less than 20 slideshot/snapshot rolls, which was in line with almost every other combo outside of the afromentioned slickdraw/opening roll. Funny thing was I used it a few times(slickdraw is better in contoller anyway and I use m&k) only for Episode 2 to release and we got both Prophet of Doom and then Scavengers Fate which both power crept it. But slideshot/snapshot is both NOT a godroll and wasn't hard to get. That roll was the godroll of Dustrock Blues(after ppl realized slideshit/rampage was only good for multis and snapshot was better for most engagements) back in YEAR 2 b4 we had any shottys with opening shot or swap speed perks at all. I don't know if a Bungie dev just hasn't paid attention to the pvp shotty meta since Forsaken or they were just trolling ppl, but that roll is absolute trash now.

The chance of getting a 2/5 is astronomically low on most weapons. Pretty sure the most common is 7 perks in each column. If only one perk drops in each column per drop… it’s 2.04% to get both perks you want. 2.78% for 6 in each column. They’re just simply not that good that people shouldn’t be expecting 2/5 to just drop often.

multimach is the best pick here by faaaaaar ... vs chill inhitor is one good dps gl agong a dozen more that do more or less the same shit... but that multimach is a special weapon as primary... tho it is made redundant if u pair it up with another weapon purpose made to do its job...but an smg that does sustain u while dealing special weapon levels of dmg nonstop should be the first one to be recommended!
