Don't know if someone has pointed it out yet but cam forgot to draw at 11:20. Unless he has a 3rd card hidden off-screen he ticked up both sagas before drawing and discarded 2 cards that were shown before he went to his turn. Based on the rest of the game it probably would not have mattered. At 19:40 cam could have passed instead of making a goyf and made a goyf on dylans end step. There are small out cases of dylan top decking wins but he had those outs as well. Loved the interesting cards in both your decks as well. As a viewer that only plays 1v1 formats, I have been loving these small snippets of modern. Please keep it up! I have loved everything you guys put out. Would love to teach you both about legacy if you were ever interested.

At 19:34 why didn’t Cam attack with his goblin token? Was that a mistake or am I missing something? I suppose Dylan is dead to Bolt but attacking with the goblin puts Dylan dead to top decking a Wrenn as well

Notably, in that last game, if Dylan did not force of negation the thoightseize, he would have won that game. The thoughtseize would have dealt 2 damage to Cam and at the end of the game, the Murktide was 2 points of damage off of lethal

It’s not- fury, force of negation, and Murktides are all expensive. Fetches are less expensive than all of those cards unfortunately.

Fetches are pretty cheap actually, at least compared to how they were a few years ago. It’s the free spells and Gemstone Caverns that most lists run that are expensive.

Modern is such a good format really, decks stay viable basically forever with a few variants emerging over time. I'd recommend australian highlander (pointed 60 card singleton vintage) if you're ever looking for a different deckbuilding challenge.
