@@infonaught9726 my go-to ghost is Aegislash, with Marowak as his substitute whenever I feel like suffering through the spammy cancerfest of OU, and I personally tweaked the EVs of the latter to always survive a Zen Headbutt, ensuring I can easily win in a 1v1 situation (additionally, Zen Headbutt usually means no ice punch, and thus easy fodder for my signature SubDDnite). In either case, as long as I keep them with decent health, Medicham is basically a dead weight. Clefable's Wish support does exactly that, Empoleon's slow Toxic/Yawn will screw him over if he tries to come in, Dugtrio(or Mamoswine in OU) will snipe him out at the first opportunity I get, and Ditto will make him even more paranoid on attempting to get a pick.

I’m so happy you covered medicham one of my favourite pokemon! I used Medicham a few years back in VGC 2015 at the Australian nationals in the senior division and came 11th but unfortunately they only recorded the top 8. I used ice punch which destroyed landorus and salamence, zen headbutt which easily took out amoonguss, drain punch which killed kangaskhan and offered some nice recovery and fake out. I usually paired it with rage powder/spore amoonguss because of its frailty and it worked super well. The pairing struggled with sylveon and aegislash but I brought heatran too so they weren’t much of an issue. Idk, I thought you might have wanted to know how someone used medicham pretty decently in VGG. Love your work

@@cintronproductions9430 unfortunately the Garbodor who got zen headbutted wasn't caught by a trainer and so couldn't be taken to the Pokémon center. We tried to scavenge enough Oran berrys to heal him but unfortunately it wasn't enough and he passed away a few days later.

Mega Medi is good, absolutely top tier, but the fact that if paired with any other potential mega so you can run Scarf Medicham is just hilarious. I was on ladder, watching games and I saw an 1800 game. Dude had brought Mawile, Medicham, Zapdos, Lando-T, Ash-Gren and Magearna. Everyone was yelling "It's Mega Medi with rocks Mawile." But no. Not at all. It was Mega Mawile with Scarf Medicham and what he did was basically pick up the KO on the ghost type with Mega Maw's Play Rough (the opposing dude was running Mega Sableye) and then he sacked it to Lando-T, switched in Medicham and clicked HJK for the rest of the game. Absolutely beautiful
