It's excellent that the effort has been made here to help inform HR professionals. This is so much more than someone getting his or her feelings hurt. This is potentially serious loss for the target.

HR is not police department. They are just workers like everybody else. If there is a conflict between two workers, they are going to do what is best for the company, not the victim. If HR is not to help employees in trouble, then laws need to be created.

I was told today by another rung on the HR ladder that everything appropriate was done by my department and HR with respect to my complaint. The problem is, he's wrong. The convenient things were done. The root inspections were not. And there's absolutely no support for me. Each step I take up the ladder is met with even more people on the side of the bully. And each meeting is held with the power people against only me. I even offered to create a program to deal more successfully and more effectively with the bullying situation. No one wants to put that much effort into it. I want our hospital to succeed in this. I have a great plan to combat the problem. I wish someone would listen to me in a way that would benefit both sides of this fight.

You’re not alone. It happens to millions of people. HR exists only for hiring, firing, and protecting the company execs/ owners from lawsuits. HR typically has no training in nor a job requirement for conflict resolution. And even if they attempt to defend the truth and what’s ethical, they fear a lawsuit from the bully or that the bully will leave the company and reduce the company’s profits and customer relationships. HR is never your friend. They are quick to judge and often are part of a fear-based culture that automatically labels any complaint, issue, or grievance as a threat-NOT an opportunity to resolve an issue and make employees happier or whole. HR is not incentivise to protect victims in any discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. They’re only going to have an incentive to cover up any problem in the name of protecting the hire ups that supply their pay check. They will not risk their job for yours. That’s the American system. And the legal system is rigged in corporate America’s favor when employers require employees to sign agreements as part of the job offer where you give up your rights to a fair trial by jury or court. In these cases, an employee can only use a legal recourse called Arbitration, yet the judge that presides over the process is hired by the company.

How do you respond to HR reps who say that it is not discrimination, so it's okay because it is just the manager "managing", because it is not illegal? Bully boss has hired and fired 2 people in one year for the same position, people that were more than capable. Result, work backlogged and he blames everyone else.

I work at alphapointe ny HR let director and supervisor both create lies on me. They alienate and bully me at work HR plays dumb and does nothing when they clearly see the issues.

Understand please that not all HR (human resources) personnel are not trained or qualified to deal with workplace bullying. More education and training is needed to deal with this issue.

how can u get into trouble stand up for worker right and things not right work tell them then think u are a trouble maker stand up to them l had work for this company for 10 years

If you being bullied, harassed or whatever, and nobody is doing anything to help, that means you have to find more suitable employment. Because you do not belong there.

hr woman was the bullying doing or the hurt she cause so much trouble could on about this lady how can she get away with it if one of staff be sacked so why not her this did happen to me 2014 l dont want job back l want justic so much on ect l ve seem so many staff come through these door at work boss talk like dirt some friends left couldnt copy way there talk to staff like dirt no respect and custom never happy with one thing other sometime do front people tell.u of they are mean cruel if other company come join this one not good for them sure when in the end well sure lot people out there be bullying boss wony only one some get over some people cant because want justic than move on so nothing do with elvis singer out there just clear that one up because this company mean cruel place working at now dont work there anymore but find hard move on lost friend because work company fear there job so keep to myself dont care who know truth so any people had some bad boss out there too cant be only one promble with

this not your country hr manager department this woman has cross the line we had a test for our job me and other manager do this test with me when finish first one had a break come back second one then had give books to this woman had break l was talking to manager name steve work warehouse l work shop floor supermaket on this day talking to steve manger say that this lady going give u my book and l am going have his so went back in sat down waits for our score yes l won mangers 2x first second on book but she never got sacked can u tell me why no one over here in gibraltar been union city advice l called this bullying so who do l turn port this to which part go to remember this show clip on see u could going on hr ect dont want job back l want justice her sacked and list go this woman

Yes in talks all sound well. But do you think we have time to do call, write letters call here and there. I have to win my bread and find a job . No time to go around. Talks we have many even at the bully place at work. They always say beautiful words anti bully blah blah😂😂😂No point . All this bully talks at work and rules. Just talk cause nothing will be done and the bully always win cause he is higher in place and the bully never loses his job. It's always you who will lose and be sent home or will leave the job. I dont believe in all that nonsense talk. Just hypocrisy. Have been there a few times and the one losing is always me. NEVER anyone stood up to say its bullying cause they could lose their job and be bad guy to the higher one. And do we really think people will be there if you ask them to testify what they saw or heard about my bullying?😂😂 they wont cause they ll be losing their job. 😂 like I said it's all a big hypocrisy talk the system making you believe you have rights but when it happens nobody is standing up for you
