How I Create SPARKLY Looking Vintage PERFUME BOTTLES on BLACK PAPER [for Mixed Media Artists!!]

In my last video • I was given a GLASS PE... I shared with you my hoard of vintage perfume bottles - that's how I store my Fountain Pen Ink collection!
Well, this week I'm showing you how I draw SPARKLY looking vintage PERFUME BOTTLES on BLACK PAPER!
I know this channel we don't do a lot of drawing (like I do on my dedicated Drawing Channel here kzbin.info...
but this is a great lesson for Mixed Media Artists and Dabblers because (1) you probably already have lots of whites (2) it's easy as bottles are simply made up of simple shapes!!
This lesson is all in real-time and is super loose and fun. I hope you have so much!!

*sort of in an oblique round about manner...i use black card stock that i reinforce by doubling its thickness with a neutral Ph adhesive for my card collage sets...works very well for my current level of skill set and techniques*

I think the word your looking for is depth, those crossing lines are a way of shading for a 3 DLook without shading. If that makes sense.

Fun! I've done some continuous line faces with metallic sharpies and they look really cool. I agree with the grumble that you have about white paint pens and gel pens THEY SUCK! Lol

I've never worked on black paper. About drawing, I tend to draw a picture first before painting it. I've become lazy recently with using carbon paper to transfer a drawing to watercolor paper or canvas. PS I play Hidden Object games. This is a common item. It's called a fireplace bellows.
