I found it very informative! I especially liked to hear about making your own stencils from hot glue and also #10 the image transfer . I really would like to give that a try as well! Hi Karen, I just found your video about the Hamburger method and thought that was so great! I really enjoy your enthusiasm and even though I have been an art teacher for ever I learned so much from your teaching. There are so many things and decisions to make while making art and to find a way of breaking it down so that it is understandable is really wonderful. So often we as teachers can't explain it because it tends to be a kind of intuitive thing. But you break it down so it is easy to start. then I am sure that your students use that as a jumping off point and do all kinds of things. You are giving them confidence to put their toe in the water. I taught for a while on an online platform called Outschool and really made that my priority when teaching. I found that they have the ideas they just need to confidence to PLAY! I also would love to do what you do on You tube and I have some ideas for a class from things I taught online before. Watching you really makes me want to try it. I would love to have the color PDF and also that Hamburger one. What state are you in. You are an inspiration.

Love this! What is my favorite part? Everything! You have great ideas and you express them so enthusiastically yet concisely! You pack in so much in each video! By the way the rule of 3's work well in the garden too! Groupings of 3 of the same type of flower or bush look great--so of course it looks great in art!

Hello Karen, yes, I absolutely found this video helpful. I just found you on here & I love, love and did I say love your videos. I have tried a couple of your techniques, they turned out great AND I bought your hamburger system book, which I also love. Thanks for that, too!! I would like to request the cheat sheet mentioned in this video, if you are still offering it. I hear "laser transfers" and the word "laser" makes me break out in hives; I'm like, oh no, too hard, must be too hard...so your explanation was a HUGE help..as well as the homemade glue gun stencils- THAT is genius.
