Here's how I cured my anxiety while living in nyc in 5 tips. After celebrating my five-year anniversary of living in New York City I have found it hard on my mental health living and working in New York. Through moving out of Manhattan to Brooklyn, New York I have been able to improve my mental health and lower my anxiety levels. I highly recommend journaling and working with a therapist if you are also experiencing anxiety in your space. Spending time in nature or bringing in nature into your home is also a great way in lowering your anxiety. I hope this helps!
