I too have had vertigo for over 2 years. It was getting so bad I couldn't ride in the car. I didn't go to the grocery store anymore. My doctor kept saying I had a stroke or a brain tumor. I didn't have any corresponding symptoms though. I took b12 tablets after watching this video because I looked up the symptoms of b12 and I had them all. The first day I was 50 percent better, the second 75, the third no vertigo. No fogginess anymore, no depression, no stinging in my muscles, I feel fabulous. Thank you so much for posting this. You saved my life. I have my life back. You rock. I will take my b12 supplement everyday for the rest of my life. God bless you and yours. I am so thankful I saw your video.

This video is so comforting to me because no one understands Until they have vertigo how lonely and isolating it feels. I’ve been dealing with it for two years and it’s absolutely dibilitating and the scariest feeling in the world. I’d much rather break my arms and legs and have to wait for them to heal than deal with vertigo because atleast i know where the pain is coming from. Vertigo requires so many tests and I still don’t have answers. I am trying vitamin d-3 and vitamin b-12. We’ll see how it goes. But all of you out there dealing with vertigo, my heart goes out to you.

@@CashMoneyTheOG Hello! Yes its been a full year and my vertigo has reduced significantly to almost 0 attacks now, if you can believe it! To be completely honest with you, nothing worked until I lost 20 lbs, started working out, and changed my eating habits! I truly believe what I experienced was a lack of nutrients. I was not eating healthy for years and I believe the weight gain caused a serious imbalance in my body. I'm continuing on my path of good health and exercise. But I know everyone's cause for vertigo can be very different. It's taken a lot from me and I'm finally starting to live my life again. How sweet of you for sharing your experience with everyone! I had vertigo so bad that my blood pressure went through the roof, my husband took me to the ER. The doctors made sure I was not having a heart attack, which I wasn't, I told them I have had vertigo for 2 weeks. It's awful! The doctor gave me an anti motion sickness pill, then he wanted to give me an antidepressant. What? I said let's see how the first medication works, the Dr was not happy with me. I am not the type of person to take medications. My blood pressure went down, after that, I was released, nothing about what might have caused the vertigo. I asked to talk to the Dr, no sorry he is busy. $ 4,000 later! So, I know about B12, used to get a B12 shot once a year. Thank you for reminding me how important B12 shots are, I still have vertigo from time to time, now I will be getting B12 Shots again.

Just want to clarify. Your homeopathy doctor said you are "borderline anemic" so she advised a B12 shot? Anemia is a deficiency in iron. B12 is an amino acid protein builder, not iron. So I'm confused. The B12 shot can still be helpful, but what about the actual issue of possibly anemia? Did you take iron pills? Or up your intake of iron-rich foods? Please explain. Thanks. Just looked it up and there is something called VITAMIN-DEFICIENCY ANEMIA, which is caused by a lack of B12. So it does make sense now! Just wanted to post my concern and then research for those thinking the same thing!! Learnin' something new everyday. :)

Dear Cheese, Your are only partly right in your response however there are many different types of anaemia all of them result in a lowered red blood count one of these is Pernicious anaemia which. The symptoms of which can only be resolved by I/M injections of Cyanocobalamin otherwise known as Vitamin B12.

Only after I insisted that B-12 supplement are appropriate for my age ( over 80) did he agree to a 10000mcg injection. The change was dramatic. overnight my balance was better and upon my insistence he agreed that supplements over 1000 mcg are OK. After reading lots of Amazon reviews I am starting 5000mcg supplements tomorrow.. Even more amazing was the return of energy. Thanks for the video Nini Girl. John Miraglia

I have been dealing with vertigo for a few weeks now. It started suddenly one morning after rolling over in bed. The room just started spinning. Ever since that day, any time I tilt my head or bend down to pick something up, the dizziness starts...although I have not had the extreme spinning I experienced on the first day. I finally made a call to my doctor's office and spoke with the nurse practitioner. She suggested the cause was a virus in my inner ear that they typically treat with dimenhydrinate (dramamine). Rather than visit the doctor right away, I am going to give this a try. I really hope that it works, as this condition is very unpleasant. Today is the first time that I began looking into other peoples' experiences and I am hoping to find something that will help. Good luck to everybody going through this and please do share your experience.

There is more wonderful equipment and more knowledge than medicine knows what to do with. But the people working in it have no character and most are taking powerful anti-anxiety drugs. I worked as a consultant the last 10 years of my career and hospitals no longer even screen their employees for drugs. You take your life in your hands going to a doctor or hospital today. I am so grateful coming across your video. I had a sudden onset of a mid-morning migraine which I researched to believe it was an acute episode of trigeminal neuralgia (TN). The pain was nothing I had ever felt before. Radiating, blinding sharp jabbing pain just to the left of my face. I saw lights flash and felt like I was struck by lightning or being electrocuted. Pain all behind my eye, nose, jaw, ear and scalp just on the left side. I had no idea what was happening or why. I just held the left side of my face which just ached in agonizing pain. I took ibprophen and the pain subsided and then vertigo crept in I was spinning to the left. The vertigo progressed throughout the day and got violently worse. The spinning caused nausea and I was throwing up until nothing was in my stomach and then the dry heaving. I stayed in the hospital for 3 days and after 2 MRIs and 2CT scans, they ruled out stroke, trauma, tumor and Bells Palsy. They gave me Meclizine and Allegra. My chart diagnosed me with vertigo and migraine. I left the hospital still coping with vertigo and the TN left my face numb and tingly. The Meclizine made less of the dizziness but did not provide the relief I was hoping for. Doctors and radiologists had no idea. For some time I felt so lost and alone. I spent hours watching videos and researching for hours trying to find help. The vertigo subsided but I still had distorted vision. Similar if you had one contact in and one out. Then I realized that since my face was still numb on the left including straight down my tongue . The numbness was affecting my vision to my left eye. When I close each eye by themselves, I see fine but together my eyesight slightly distorted and I would have to squint numerous times to attempt to see straight. I read that nerve issues are a result of poor circulation and indication of inflammation in the body. I began to eat clean, drink barley wheat grass, take ginkgo, turmeric, golden milk and all, fish oil, cayenne pepper supplements. While all this help subside the symptoms, I was still not 100%. Still mild numbness which still meant slight distorted vision. I came across this video while in hospital and told my husband to get the bryonia and he did some research and said he read some negative effects. Not sure what he saw or if maybe he spelled it wrong, anyways we passed on the idea at the time. I just watched it again and said I'm going to try it and within an hour of 3 doses feel amazing! My vision is almost on point and it's a world of difference. I am so grateful, thankful for coming across your video. The Bryonia helped instantly. My blood work did come back borderline anemia as well so I will be looking into the B12. Facts about me: 37 YO female, active, moderate alcohol, 1st time hospitalized. History of migraines now and again mostly behind my eye not sure which side. I had assumed they were from lack of sleep, stress, too much caffeine and/or poor diet. This all started on 7/10/19 and as of today 8/14/19 I feel like this curse is subsiding. The day before this happened, I was on a job and was exposed to black mold. I often come across mold during property inspections but this week I felt like my immune system was slightly off. I left the inspection with itchy nose and eyes and didn’t think much of it. My guess is that since my immune was already low that week due to stress and working long hours, my body was more susceptible to illness and therefore when exposed to the mold it really took a toll on me and the migraine or TN then triggered the vertigo. So grateful that I have answers. Thank you Nina, you really saved me😢 I am so appreciative ❤️ words cannot describe.

I was thought to have epilepsy because I had a grand maul seizure on '07 - haven't had one since and they decided that it was mental. I continued to have what is known as auras a type of awake seizure. I developed agoraphobia because I didn't want to leave home and have a grand maul - I was terrified of that ever happening again. So I taught myself a quiet meditation plus adivant to prevent it from happening ever again. Last yr I had a really bad vertigo attack and ended up in emergency where the doctor on duty diagnosed me with BPPV - benign positional vertigo - it's wicked! I have all the symptoms you have. I discovered from a physical therapist that the symptoms were not auras but rather caused from my vertigo. The BPPV that I suffer from is caused from one or more of the tiny crystal calcium critters that - at some time in my life - were knocked loose. However, there are exercises that I can do at home that will eventually cure it! I like that. And I've been taking Mecklizine, which also helps tremendously with the dizzies. Thank you for sharing your story. It is comforting at times knowing that there are others who know and understand what I've been going through with doctors and their misdiagnosing.

Wow! I have been suffering for 2 years no therapist, not neuropathologist, or vertigo specialist not helped me, not really the reason is vitamin B 12 Thank you very much, I'll try to talk to my doctor. I was in the hospital for 11 days, they were given Meclizin tablets, which did not help at all. then after the hospital they sent me into rehabilitation for another 2 weeks and nothing helped, so I endure it, coordination is poor, I sleep on one side for 2 years, if I turn on my back or on the right side in a dream, everything turns upside down. panic attacks start. this is my life. Yes, they you’re young, and I am already 68 years old and do not want to die with suffering. thank you for joining mega on youtube. I wish you good luck in your young life. God bless you 🙏👍🌹

how many mcg of B12 were in the daily shot? The clinic nearby offers 1000 mcg shot or infusion for $20. but they will only do it once a week. Takes a doctor's approval for more than once a week. Am doing Garden of Life B12 spray and capsules since watching this yesterday. Ordered liposomal B12 from Quicksilver--is 10 times more absorbable....Thanks for the video and book suggestion. Update:. No more dizziness.....for past 3 weeks or so...my symptoms were not room spinning sensation, but more wavy type motion.

I took did detox pills from Amazon. I did a liver cleanse tincture from Amazon. I went plantbased and only used agave and honey from a bee farm here as white sugar/ splenda is a neurotoxin. I didnt eat anything with msg and I ate no processed foods. I took liquid magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamin a , e , b12 and d3 ( I took the highest dose I could through research). I took seamoss capsules I made and I took blackseed oil and haritaki. What happened was a Dr. Sebi video popped up on my KZbin one night and I figured what the heck I might as well try it since I'm bedridden and feeling like I want to end it. I studied him and started ordering herbs and just tossing stuff in a pot of water. I would drink 1/4 of a cup of this to cleanse blood and kill any parasites. I'm much more informed now as I went to study and know that this is a dis- ease from toxicity, inflammation and lack of vitamins and minerals. I would have a Dr. Check my gut health to see if you have leaky gut and then check hormones and a real blood test. Then go plantbased and load up on vitamin and minerals and look into these for the brain ( pinebark, haritaki, vicopentin). Feel free to follow my channel.

I am so glad you are feeling all better and found out what the main cause was. I am not anti Veganism but if you were deficient in B12 when eating meat then going vegan made the deficiency worse because there is no natural plant source that contains B12 which is why it is so important for vegans especially to take B12 supplements regularly. What often causes vertigo is debris in the inner ear and cause symptoms exactly as you described. If that big Billion Dollar Hospital didn't talk to you about this they definitely ripped you off. Search here on KZbin for "Vertigo Treatment - How To Treat Vertigo" by University of Colorado Denver. She shows you how to get the debris out of your inner ear and stop the vertigo in a matter of minutes if your vertigo is caused by such debris. Dr. Carol Foster of University of Colorado Denver invented this at home treatment and teaches it to all her patients. She wants them to be able to fix the vertigo at home so if it comes back they can deal with it themselves and don't have to come back to her for treatments over and over again. She just wants to help as many people as possible. I had a small bout of vertigo myself. I can't say for sure her method worked because I found her treatment after my room had stopped spinning and I couldn't get the room to spin again so my case was mild. I was only mildly feeling dizzy when I did her method a bunch of times and will say within a day or two I was totally back to normal.

Thank you so much for posting this video, a couple of days ago vertigo hit me out of nowhere, and it's been hell on earth the past 4 days, to the point I consider quiting my job, I as well as you end up in the hospital at their ER, that coste $3740 for 3 hours of laying in their bed with and IV, they put me through the same "drill" blood work, CT scan, and other unnecessary test just to tell.me that I might have vertigo and "they couldn't treat it there. So I'm definitely looking forward to try what you try and see if it works, people tell me this can come back at any time in the future and I want to make absolutely sure this never repeats it self ever again, thank you again for the priceless info in your video.

I take the b12 now and I did a follow up video regarding what type and when and how I take it both shot and spray under tong. The best way to keep vertigo at bay is to always take b12. From what I read in the book I talk about if you end up being b12 deficient and you do the b12 therapy you need to do it forever. I just do the spray and shot now and I do not have any issues. Glad to see that you could find useful information in my video:) Best of luck and keep me updated. In 1997 I had a bad virus, which attacked my sinuses and throat. Two days later I had vertigo, which was horrible, and the following Spring, it was announced that the bad virus the summer before, that had caused vertigo in many people, was back. The day after starting to feel rotten, and extremely dizzy, a doctor diagnosed me with vertigo. He referred me to an ear, nose and throat specialist. Had to wait 4 weeks. This specialist diagnosed me with vertigo, and explained what had happened. Gave me charts about the inner ear, and was really helpful. After a total of 9 weeks it subsided. For years I was not bothered, until about 10 years later, when arising from bed one morning, had a bout again, but not as severe as before. The specialist had told me that the vertigo might come back. Especially during my older years. I now cannot lie on my right side in bed, as I get vertigo if I do. And what has astounded me, is that my brain has trained me to lie on my left side in bed. Over the past four years, this has developed. I am told I can take a movement treatment, but that could cause me to permanently have vertigo. It works for some, but not for others.. I do tend to have a mild case if my sinuses act up, so I combat that problem immediately should it arise.

I started reading the comments and couldn't believe how many people are affected by this disorder. I am currently dealing with vertigo also into the second week. Not my first experience with the disabling effects. I did the different maneuvers and had some success, but still can't move my head or eyes quickly. Even watching tv my eyes go from shake and I have to close them and refocus. I am going in for a blood test tomorrow and will see if I have a B-12 deficiency. I already know I am low on iron, but can't take the tablets. One last note, I had a brain concussion many years ago and went into trauma one week later. Now I can't even take the vibrations from the dentist new cleaning tools, I have to have them done by the old method. My good dentist didn't think I was crazy, he listened and helped. I hate having to have a tooth drilled for the same reason, but I take meclizine before I go in and I eat less sugar too.

Nini, I must thank you for everything that you shared in your video. I could care less about the length, this video is very informative. By the way I can relate to everything that you stated about your vertigo. I have been experiencing vertigo for approximately 5 years. I have moments where it is so unbearable with no success from the doctors. I do have a physical therapist that I see if it gets out-of-control. It does help but my vertigo always comes back. After reviewing your video I had no clue that I may be vitamin B12 deficient. I went to see my doctor last Friday and asked if I could have blood work done to check my B12 level. She agreed and the test results showed that I was extremely B12 deficient. She insisted that I have the B12 injections once a week for a month and then once a month. You are my angel Nini and I thank God that I found your video, I am praying that this will be the answer to my problem with vertigo as well, thank you so very much.

I have had vertigo on and off for 20 years. It comes on unpredictably and leaves just as suddenly. It IS horrible. You feel like you are walking on a pretty shaky planet all the time. You learn to adapt by keeping your head really stiff and not making any sudden movements. Biking is out, or dancing, or anything that requires balance. However, guys, I don't think this has anything to do with any kind of deficiency or what you eat or what supplements you take. It's about calcium deposits that come loose in your inner ear. I learned only recently that this can be corrected by doing what is called the Epley manoeuver. (Google it). No cost. No hospitals. No doctors. You can do it yourself. Repeat as needed. It doesn't always work the first time, you may need to repeat. Once done, try to stay "upright" for a couple of days or even a week (sleep in a reclining chair, don't make any sudden moves, look up or down, be careful how you tie your shoes!). It works! Amazing. Nice to feel the earth steady under my feet again.

Will a doctor know the dosage of a B12 shot to give every day for a week, and then the amount when it's spread out over a longer time? Cathy Bodell

I had vertigo when I woke rolled to the right in bed it went away. The next day same thing dizzy and room spinning. I got up and could not walk strait. I would turn my and it would throw me off balance found that the half somersault maneuver by Dr Carol Foster did it and vertigo as gone. So look up MD Carol Foster vertigo

I have it due to neck pain / cervical surgery and fibromyalgia. There is a cervical vertigo. The Spinal stimulator stopped it for awhile , then came back , an increase in amtripaline stopped it , but the side effects were too much . I know when it starts , get your head straight inline with your body it will stop . It will make you very sick .

Yes. After wasting a lot of money, I too finally resolved it by taking B12. seems to be a common cause that Drs don't tell.

I had the exact same experience! Hospital without mention of vertigo. CT and MRI's showed nothing wrong.. Then I look 5 minutes online and BOOM! It's vertigo with a cure with exercises! I fear dealing with "experts" anymore.
