The best part of this video, which I think a lot of people do wrong is, they have a relationship with food. Once I learned that, it changed my whole life on eating and easier to clean.

I have been eating pretty similar to you for a couple years now and it makes a big difference. Now if I go out to eat I am disappointed when the food I get is inferior to what I can make at home.

Haha yup. I’m paying more money for someone else to make me food that’s inferior to what I normally make. The only reason I do it is to give my wife a break from cooking and cleaning the kitchen

Question as a dad of 3, and a husband. What do you do for snacks? I would like to give my kids better alternatives for snacks to take to school instead of oreos, crackers, and other junk. I have tried grass fed beef sticks but that only lasted a day.

@mcgeheecrossfit17 ай бұрын
Good stuff brother. I’m from Santa Maria CA, we are known for our Santa Maria Tri-tip over red oak bbq. We learn how to bbq tri-tip before we walk😂 just a heads up, take an extra second and slice it against the grain and it’s more tender. Long part grain runs the length and cut against it, then when you get to the triangle (gets wide in the middle) turn it to continue to cut against the grain.

I could eat like this, well structured everyday if I had someone to put it in front of me. The problem I have is I occasionally can’t be bothered to do tones of cooking and preparing so I’ll just have some easy meals I.e frozen pizzas etc. which for the most part are not the healthiest.

Love it, says he doesn't eat vegetables because of pesticides but is just fine eating blueberries with pesticides and meat that's been treated with who knows what. Not trying to hate on him but where's the logic in that? If you don't like or don't want to eat vegetables just say that. Like he literally said in the video, "find what works for you", so why bullshit.
