Currently I am contemplating taking advice from my lawyer, regarding action against eBxxx for collection of personal data and suspending my account without offering adequate reasons why they have done so. As a precaution, I am in process to terminated my credit card and ordered a new one. I found something very suspicious when eBxxx collected my credit card information and then suspended my account. This has caused me unnecessary work as I have thus needed to update my ecommerce account, along with others, with my new card details. In view of this situation, I will be taking this matters to the relevant authorities in Malaysia and will ask them to take to take severe action against eBxxx Malaysia for permitting illegal content including medication, sex stimulants, adult sex toys, pornographic movies, and images of male penises which is inappropriate in Malaysia cultural . I will also inform the authorities and lodging police report that eBxxx Malaysia collected my personal details and informed me, without any clarification, grounds, user agreement or cause, that my account has been suspended for unspecified risks.

Thanks brother, I have purchased a vinyl cutter and heat press and been using them as personal use for about 1 year now... my job keeps me very busy so I haven't been able to focus 100% to cutting and pressing but I can see the potential. and have mainly done things for family, friends and coworkers. He’s a liars. Most of these youtube ebayers are liars. You never see Chinese ebayers on utube even though they sell the most on eBay. Why? Cause eBay isn’t a good way to make money in 2019. eBay fees, PayPal fees, shipping fees, return fees, usps stealing/losing your item etc. etc. And after you factor in buyer scammers and all the time you spend on eBay then it averages out to $1 or $2 an hour. Which is good if your Chinese since minimum wage in China is 50¢ an hour. But if your American it’s way below the minimum wage

I had the same thing happen to me on Etsy. I was selling cross stitch patterns of sports logos, and ultimately they warned and warned and suspended my account permanently. This was in 2014, and it was such a huge part of my 'business'. Since then I have redirected and sell on Amazon, selling a specialty paper and a large line of stencils designed by me and my wife. While I was devastated at the time, it was one of the best things that happened to me. I was fortunate in that I was doing this part-time, still keeping my full-time job, so I didn't go all the way back to zero like you did, but it was for the best. Keep doing what you are doing, brother. You are inspiring a generation of entrepreneurs out there.

you didn't loose your business, you never had one - eBay had the business, you just worked for them stocking their shelves. Doing your own website with your own designs. This is best. You are very creative and can make things much better than copying others.

Buuuut Reeeeyyyyyeeesss if you start a company (LLC, S-corp, sole proprietorship) you can make new eBay and PayPal accounts using that entity's name and tax ID. The catch is you'll have to do separate taxes for the business and you'll 100% want to keep the business money away from your personal accounts. You can pay yourself a salary but don't put business sales income in your personal checking account.

eBay suspended my account because apparently I owed one dollar in fees. They kept sending me warnings saying stuff like "pay today!". I realize it was kind of stupid of me not to check those emails, but they looked a lot like spam so I usually just marked them. So about a month later, eBay suspended my account. I got confused, but then I looked at all the warnings. I had twelve warnings telling me to pay, and I only owed a dollar, so once I paid the dollar I got my account back. It was that big fuss over a dollar, and it was kind of annoying to be honest.
