I’m 59 and I’ve always considered balanced training that includes strength training, cardiovascular endurance training, speed/intensity training and flexibility to be the way to go.

As I have once told you Anthony, you have helped me acquire a more holistic approach to training! I have implemented a lot from the advice you have given us all and, when I really stick to the plan, I see the benefits! These kind of videos that you explain your workouts really act like reminders and reassurance that you don't need a lot of time or complicated exercises to stay healthy and consistent! Stay consistent Anthony in creating these helpful videos!

Hey Anthony, it’s been a year since im back on YT. For the past one year, i’ve followed your chest, back and general sets suggestions. I’ve had tremendous changes. I am 30 right now. Your body looks like something every one would be craving to reach at 38. I have some specific questions, you’ve never talked about food/lifestyle/stress/friends. Did or do you take occasional drink? Cheat day one in a two weak? These are the things we struggle with the most. Kindly throw some light. Your eating habits/ lifestyle choices / how do you deal with stress/loneliness/frustration when no one is around? I’ve learnt a lot from you and now after a year, im reaching again with some more set of questions. Hopefully you’ll notice and reach back. Wish you all the good health brother.

Great video. No fluff, just good information and it’s even set up for us. I love cardiosthenics so much that I won’t train any other way. This format allows you to combine as much cardio with strength building as I want and keeps workouts from getting stale.

Anthony, following your plans has provided me with amazing success in my fitness endeavors. The efficiency of the high frequency workouts blend very easily into my busy schedule. The introduction of Cardiosthenics has rekindled my appreciation for cardio - which I now get on a regular basis, and has enhanced my mood and overall fitness dramatically. Enjoying this ever-evolving fitness journey with your guidance - keep up the good work!✌

@@BodyweightMuscle I guess you are talking about that your workout plans work for someone or not. I don't know that. But I have seen a lot of your videos especially in the past when I was learning and honestly I learnt a lot from you. Most importantly leg workouts. I was searching for leg workout in calisthenics as that is the most skipped part in this community and it was your video which taught me about plyometrics. I did know about jumpings but I didn't know that they are helpful in building muscles. Almost all the other calisthenics trainers were saying to add on weights. But as a minimalist guy, I don't want to carry anything. And as a nature lover guy, I love to workout in an open sky. So thankyou for that. Btw now I'm 2 months post acl surgery and just ditched my walkers. Waiting for starting it again. It'll be helpful if you make any video about how and when to start a workout after any knee surgery as you yourself have the experience. You can share about diets and all. There are a lot of things.

HI Sorry , new to the channel and looking to start calisthenics. This looks great, I presume you would suggest a 8-12 rep range for each exercise? Also how long would you suggest deadhanging for? Thanks and apologies if this is answered elsewhere.

Awesome content bro. Can this be adapted to 4/5 days a week? So doing workouts A and B twice a week and then leaving an optional fifth workout that could be alternated between workouts C and D?

Anthony, I appreciate the content and have read most of your books. Keep it up. On the video you mention adding resistance bands to the workout routine. Do you recommend a specific set/brand of resistance bands?

Hi Anthony, have you looked into rucking as a holistic approach to strength and cardio? Curious if you have a take on that or looked into the emerging science there.
@BodyweightMuscle
@BodyweightMuscle Жыл бұрын
Hi Greg! Yes, rucking is can be a good choice for zone 1 and 2 work. I just don't prefer it so much because the vest gets my upper traps too tight and I get headaches (common with other people as well). But for those who enjoy it, it's a cool alternative!

Hey Anthony question for you, how many sets are you doing during for this plan. I didn't hear it mentioned in the video.
@BodyweightMuscle
@BodyweightMuscle Жыл бұрын
Hi TK, usually three sets. If you're new to high-frequency training start with 2 sets, and kick it up a notch 5-6 weeks later. That way your body will adapt better.
