If you eat the vegetables first, you will not have a high glucose spike and then a glucose low. Thats the reason why you will not feel hungry soon. Look at he Glucose Revolution by Jessie Inchauspe. She explains what happens.

Hi Susanne! I think your tips really made sense and seems really doable. I'll start trying this out as well. I'm 21, gained weight because of inactivity after i broke my leg last November. Somehow i feel like losing weight is one of the hardest achievement for me ahahha. Looking forward to more videos and tips in the future!

How was your sleep with low carb? I have insomnia when I cut carbs 😢

@Lycashines I haven’t seen a difference with my sleep since I’ve been cutting carbs. But my sleep has been good off and on since I started menopause for sure!

Its because of lack of Potassium and Magnesium. You loose that because of the weight- and waterloss. Once you take that, your sleep will be normal and good again. Good luck.
