It really is! I actually saw him 2 years ago and all he said to me “you look different”. The fact that the first thing he said was to do with my looks again just shows some people will never change...

What you said about fat shaming yourself to lose weight is honestly one of the wisest things I've heard abour weight loss. I'm currently struggling with losing weight and this helped me a lot to realize that I'm doing this in the wrong mindset. Thank you so much for sharing! New subscriber here💓😍

I’ve been there! People always talk about fat shaming from other people but most destructive kind of fat shaming is when it comes from yourself. I was the same. My heaviest was 230lbs but I was never insecure. I was confident and loved myself and was never body shamed or called fat shockingly by anyone. I was raised in a very body positive household and had loving friends. (So I thought) it was my doctor who made me really look at myself and saw myself as unhealthy. Today I’m 139lbs and am not with those friends anymore due to jealousy minus one who joined me in losing weight together. I feel like I’m more self conscious now however now that I’m at a healthy weight then I was bigger. Which is a weird feeling. But being a better version of myself I suppose takes time. It took me two years to get here and I’ve come a long way❤

@@Maria-sd8oj I’m not sure because my focus wasn’t on calorie counting. I just ate smaller portions and stopped eating sugar so I knew it would be less calories than before

@@NikaBanana I calorie counted at first, but it was not what actually made me lose weight (I think because I was tryna be a smart ass and kept trying to fit unhealthy stuff into the calorie count). However, it was helpful to my journey to be familiar with how many calories were in things so I had a general idea of what choices to make but ultimately, my decision to stop eating high sugar foods and eat less junk was what made me lose weight

i was skinny for years but i also always had a huge appetite and i always felt like i wanted to eat more, but i ate moderately to not gain weight. I used to obsess over foods and only think about food. At one point i snapped and i over ate a lot and gained 20-30 lbs. I want to be skinny again but I am scared of that mindset from before. I hated always craving food and everyday being a battle against what i wanted to eat and what i should eat.

Eat high volume low calorie foods. Watermelon, veggie side dishes and soups, look up high volume recipes. Allows you to eat more. Also eat whole food non- processed food and no white flour food. Wholefood Vegan if you want. Get rid of toxicity in your life (jobs, toxic mould in the house etc) especially toxic people who stress or upset you. I got rid of toxic family members and my compulsion to binge eat disappeared turns out when we eat and our body is digesting food, energy is diverted there so it kinda pauses your emotions. Negative people bring negative emotions that you’ll try to escape from through food.

Wow I love your confidence and honesty 👏 yes diabetes are in my family and over lockdown I've put on a lot of weight. I have restricted sugar for 3 weeks now and I have lost 9 pounds. All I've done is changed my mindset and I would never go back. Thankyou for the inspiration, its people like you that keep me on track and positive about my weight loss journey 💗

I've started my health journey (healthier diet, more exercice and movement), not (only) for my weight, but for getting more healthy. I've been having troubles with my overall health, fitness and mental clarity (even though I'm only 29). I have the biological age of a 35 years old. And it was this finding that did it for me. I realized I have to start my journey NOW, and not wait 'another day, week, month...' I really don't want to end up with so many health issues that so many people in my environment have. My mom asks me: how can you keep the discipline? Simply because my health is everything I realized since last year (back injury, recurring back problems, fatigue etc...). I'm more motivated than ever.

i love how this video is soo informative, and very specific! its just that with me im not really fat but im not skinny either im just in the middle, and i reallyyyy just want to have a nice body so that i can actually feel good about my self and be confident. iv always tried to do things to lose weight and it just never works but hopefully this time ill use your tips and see what happens.do you have any tips on how to lose face fat?or do you lose face fat with your belly fat eg. and when you lose weight does it come back again?

I recently got sick and lost all of my appetite and hunger cues even past my recovery. I counted my calories the other day to see where I'm at with this appetite loss. Turns out I was eating less than half of what I'd normally consume. And no, I wasnt losing any weight. I was actually losing only muscle mass. Losing muscle in turn made me GAIN fat and now months down the line after not eating properly bc of this weird side effect, I'm heavier than before and it's mainly fat. To anyone who thinks crash dieting with super restricted calories is going to get you that hot bod... it probably wont ;_;

Yeah. I recently crash dieted myself. I became incredibly depressed with college and my body. I stopped eating or taking care of myself in general. But instead of losing weight, I lost muscle mass and hair. The fat on my body became even more alarming and evident afterwards. When walking, my heel strikes would send waves up the fat in my body. It left very uncomfortable (I struggle with social anxiety and this fat shaming). It was incredibly hard to not punish myself for this worsening physical state, but I’ve started doing some weight lifting and I am moving back towards a healthy body composition. And, more importantly, a healthy mind that holds compassion and patience for myself. And NEVER forgets the baseline requirements my body has for food.

I think I'm realizing that I need to focus on putting structure in my life. I'm kinda all over the place, lazy, only do things when I feel most inspired, and I am a self taught dancer for 10 years but I can only practice outside. So, in order to practice, the weather has to be good. I really need to find a place where I can be by myself and start setting some systems in my daily life. I think I'll focus on going to bed and waking up early. Wish me luck

Inspiration is great at first but it will run out. Discipline and building daily habits is what will take you to where you need to be 💖 It’s also hard creating structure in the modelling industry too so I have been there but I’m happy you’ve realised what you really need, I’m excited for you to start a new chapter and new journey ✨

Do you remember me? I have been on a bad diet like restricting 300-600 calories, semi-intermittent fasting 18:6, I quit sugar, and walked 2-3 times a week. I noticed a little change like my stomach is not bloated but my thighs are still big. I've always been skinny and I eat a lot but I'm not the stick-thin type, because I'm 143 cm and my legs are short which makes them look bigger even if it's a normal size. Every day I fear I will ruin my metabolism and end up gaining weight. I'm glad I now eat more nutritious food, but the voice inside my head scares me from eating it. Hunger makes me binging and purging. I really want to change. I remember your channel and it motivates me. I will stop blaming myself and instead of doing this for body goals, I will do this for a new healthy lifestyle. Because I'm scared to death that I'll stop growing taller but I don't want to have a sugar addiction that makes me bloated too.

Since i was little,i liked the fresh sweet taste of fruits and vegetables. I eat a lot of fish and milk. But sugar makes me full and reduces my portion of eating vegetables and fish. Can you give me some tips on how to contain or limit sugar? So, do I have to be in a calorie deficit to reduce the size of my thighs even though I've been exercising? Does exercise without a calorie deficit make me bulky?

Be patient and kind towards your body; the first step is making sure you drink enough water, eat your protein and veggies. Don’t restrict drastically, as it is not sustainable for your body. Sugar will make your body hungry faster than if you give your body the fuel it needs to function correctly. Cutting out both sugar and dairy will help a LOT. Prep your food and increase your exercise slowly so you can be strong and healthy; remember, it all starts in the mind. It is possible to have a healthy relationship with food! I also recommend checking out the chloe tings channel, there are free exercise programs on there and recipes as well. Good luck, I hope this helps ✨

You are sooooo beautiful❤️Food is the most powerful medicine! Moving from the ideal of being thin equals beautiful to healthiness’ beautiful. I think considering that everyone is a very different beauty, in terms of weight, in terms of size, look. I’ve noticed that women are getting skinny thinner and thinner. There’s also so much information about different diets, and overwhelming and confusing… Its good aware of a good diet is to inspire women to make changes to their diet and also their lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep based on hormone, health, longevity, beauty as well as skin in the future.

By the way, there's sugar-free ketchup that cuts the calories as well. I like using that, sriracha and dijon mustard as "weight loss condiments"

I am doing Whole30. I want to be as healthy as I can be. I want to stop having digestive issues. I want my skin to clear up, and stay clear! Whole30 is a game changer for me. This is my third round, and I can see myself doing this long-term. I feel my absolute best when eating this way. Now that I have found and tried multiple recipes, and found healthy snacks, I don’t really need to go back to eating the SAD (Standard American) diet. It’s too much for my stomach, skin, and digestion system. Plus, I save money by not eating out, because there are few options.

If you’re shy definitely apply online instead of walking in. Take great model “polaroids/digitals” to send with your application. Agencies get so many applications so perfect polaroids will make you stand out. Google what they look like and copy them. Take them on a sunny day using natural light. Wear black or neutral clothes that fits you well. These pictures are your first impression so make it count 😊

i really hate living at home when trying to loose weight bc I’ve always been a person eating sooo much and we always have sugar stuff like candy or chips at home and it’s so hard for me not to eat it but I really hope 2023 will be my year my life changes🫶🏻

It's much easier and quicker to do pushups everyday 200, 250, 275, 300, 350. It's much more effective than changing your diet, 360 pushups is about 7 minutes out of your day.

you are gorgeous and very inspirational is funny I came across this video I have a rather emotional issue instead of physical, it's easy for me to loose weight but emotionally it's hard idk but in a way being on the higher end of normal weight served as a protection to avoid looking my best not to be cocky or boost but even not looking my best, not using make up people tell me all the time I'm pretty and I get a lot of attention, and sometimes I feel a sense of dread or sort of overwhelmed so I dread and fear the attention I get once I'm at my ultimate best specially in terms of weight trying my best to look plain and even the extra fat serves as a control for how people perceived me because I want people to like me for me not for how I look I already started loosing weight, and I'm already seeing an increase of attention, but again it becomes too much so I'm sabotaging myself by wearing very large clothes and trying to cover my face with hats and what not my point is a lot of people talk about weight loss and the physical aspect of it but not much touch the emotional part and I think that's equally as important

In my case, I want to lose weight to mold my figure for dancing and do some acrobatics; also, exercising give me motivation and happines. Nevertheless, I'm quite inconsistent because I have serious problems with time( I don't know why I can organize my time) and I don't do exercises for a week for the covid vaccine(one arm was hurting and I was a little bit tired, that why I quite).

You don’t have to lose weight to become a model in 2021, your agency just has to see something in you and believe that you are in some way a marketable beauty 💛 but I understand if you just want to feel more comfortable in your clothes (I’ve been there)

I really like how real you are and thank you for being honest. Can I ask if you ever lost your period, because I've lost weight and lost my period for over 6 months. And then I had to gain weight to get my period back and since then it became a fear for me to do cardio and lose weight.

Clicked open your channel and realized that every single one of your videos says I’m a model this is what I eat in a day… You seem really interesting besides being beautiful maybe you could talk about other things that you like or do some sort of content that shows who you are a little better. Well I’m sure those types of titles will get you lots of views eventually your audience will grow tired of the similar content and I don’t want to see you do poorly! Good luck 👍🏽

this has happened to me too! it really sucks, and I really sympathise with you. Personally, it was because I was cutting too many carbs and exercising too much, so my body was under too much stress and it stopped my period. I’m not a professional but I’d recommend maybe eating more for a bit (your fat percentage might be too low to support a period, or it might just be the carbs honestly - they don’t make you fat!), doing less cardio and a bit more strength, and if it still doesn’t come back after a while maybe see a doctor because they can help you out a lot and maybe check for other potential problems.

^ strength training boosts your oestrogen so it would help you regain your period, as well as building lean muscle!
