Everyone thinks as they want and the comments are used to express themselves, so I don't really approve of these methods. Using the stairs is a good one I guess. For the "unhealthy boyfriend" I find it out of place not to accept someone because you eat fat with this one. You can let him eat and make a healthy meal on the side, it's all a matter of will. I don't really believe in buying small clothes, but if despite our efforts, we can't fit into these clothes, it can be very discouraging and lead to ed. Buying too big clothes can be a style or to hide these complexes. I could go on for a long time

@@lifescrossing8725 I totally agree with you on the clothes part tbh. Having small clothes just puts me in a bad mood, it doesn't motivate me. As for the partner thing, she mentioned that if we're already committed we can give it a shot, but while choosing partners we must be picky in that aspect.

The things she mentioned: 0:55 Avoid escalators, lifts, scooters... and also walk leading with your hips 2:05 Avoid unhealthy partners (if you are dating) 3:33 Avoid buying smaller clothing for "motivation" -> be at ease with you body, in the present moment 4:56 Avoid buying clothes that are too big 5:51 Avoid using your willpower -> eliminate situations where you have to use your willpower 7:02 Avoid donuts -> because they contain a lot of sugar 7:39 Avoid frapuccinos -> they also contain a lot of sugar and you won't notice because they are really cold 9:56 Avoid buffets -> because they make you feel like you have to eat more 10:34 Avoid baking (especially if you are baking by yourself) 11:20 Avoid cocktails -> don't drink your calories

Yesss,i live in a small city and i am so lucky that there is no sturbucks and mcdonald etc,i only drink coffe,tea and water,there is sooo little sugar amount in the coffe and no sugar in the tea so i dont eat or drink sugar so much in long time and other day i bought a cola for a change it was so sweet i couldnt even finish it

Unhealthy family also affects because the house will be stocked with unhealthy crap. All this will be in the fridge and all it takes is one bad day and you will get into that too 😢

Very good tips! I gained some weight when I moved abroad and started a "new life" and I wasn't happy with how I looked at all so a few months ago I quit eating sweets completely (except an occassional treat in a sweet cafe with my friends), quit drinking lattes and bobas and switched to black coffee without sugar, started cooking more at home, eating less foods like pastas (which i would have almost everyday) and started leaning more vegan than just vegetarian (quit eating cheese for example) and I just try to walk more, opt for the stairs etc and in a few months I lost 7-8 kilos! I didn't even notice, I thought maybe I lost 2 until people noticed and told me, I was shocked but so proud of myself! 🥰

@@mryjimn it all depends on a person. i lost 8 kilos in about 9 months cuz it was hard for me to not eat pastries or not to overeat in general. i was 84-85 kgs, now i am 76 kgs.

After watching this video, I took all my baking ingredients out of my cupboards and donated them (things that have not been opened). It's so true what you said. I know if I start baking sweet treats, then I'll be the only one eating them

God bless you :) Thank you I have been stuck on 67kg and 66.9kg Its so difficult for me to fast I just passed and burned off some of the christmas feast I was 93kg now 67kg it has been only lately difficult as my BMR is 1400 and a Calorie Deficit of 1400 has been overwhelming but i think i have adjusted to the dieting again. To feel full for the first time in 6 months honestly felt like extacy but i also regret it as i felt sick Greatly from over eating... it made me remember my past how i was compulsively eating. Now i cant even FINISH a meal unless i persevere through it

Great 👍 video. I’ve implemented a lot of these tips already which go well with my ketogenic lifestyle. I avoid everything that contains sugar. I’ve gone even further by reading ingredients and discarding food that have dextrose and hidden sugars using different names. I consume more salad, veg, meat and fish proteins, higher monounsaturated fats which keep me from feeling hungry too often. I consume limited fruit like a few strawberries 🍓 or blackberries with Greek yogurt. I have my coffee ☕️ without sugar, and with unsweetened almond or oat milk

Id say that finding an exercise to slim down a specific part of ur body is pretty hard, generally maybe dumbbell lifting (light one and do as many reps as u can) might help to tone up ur whole arm

I really enjoyed this video. But I started to think about my daily eating habits and I noticed, that at my workplace I struggle the most. There is constantly a lot of unhealthy food and all of my colleagues are eating it too. Not just candy, but also cakes, lunches that are high in fat and calories and very few vegetables. At the same time, I am not in a position financially to make all the meals beforehand to bring to work. So I need a whole lot of will power every meal, as they tend to stretch much longer than I am hungry and I cave in and eat more than I would want to, because it’s right there and everything is delicious. How would you go about this situation?

I thinks buying coffe outside is so much more expencive rather than making at home,especially places like starbuck it is like a money trap.I always buy a coffe then make it at home,like i make cappuccinos with just water coffe and half spoon of sugar no milk is even there it is exactly the same taste with starbucks and i can make way more coffes )

The drinking one is so real. I was drinking last year and I was just sitting there thinking "this doesn't even taste nice... it just makes me lose my grip on reality". The next party I went to I decided to be completely sober the whole time and I had way more fun than when I was drinking. Now I've found a balance in having one serve (yes, 1 serve, most bottles have more than 1 serve) so that I'm a little relaxed, only having a bit of gross tasting juice, and am happy and in control of myself

To the first one: in the netherlands biking is the most normal thing to do, so i bike to school everyday and in the weekends i take walks for about 1 - 1.5 hours, and i have ADHD so i move around alot anyways😂

I don't think that home baking is bad thing for weight lose. Sometimes you could buy cake in 5 minutes 24/7. But if you need to bake this stuff you'll need time, ingredients and skills. You will burn extra calories just to make this thing. Also you could change ingredients for your taste or dietary goals. If you knew good recipe you could make amazing dessert in 1/2 calories or less of normal one with same volume, higher protein.

I find alcohol in general isn’t a good idea for weight loss; it’s just another form of sugar, and it’s harder to avoid impulse eating when you’re inebriated

Hii, love your videos ☺️ I wanted to know, can you talk about what cardio is best for slimming legs except walking? I see walking being reccommendes everywhere, but where I live it's really hard to find places to take a walk. Are there any at home cardios that are intense but won't bulk? 💗

Personally, I recommend hiit! Any sort of high intensity movement formed cardio with some sort of strength/bodyweight exercises is very effective for frankly any muscle group you want to train or tone while optimising caloric burn. I recommend only adding resistance/weight if you’re not good at building muscle to tone your legs. Always remember, nutrition is key, I recommend to lower carbohydrates, prioritise protein, and make your meals bigger, and less frequent! Fasting is awesome for slimming down, so give it a try! Stretching and certain yoga poses (like hold them for a solid 5 minutes), along with walking/running of course. Running seems to be more effective for me.

Your will to lose weight needs to be stronger than your desire of whatever food or unhealthy thing you crave in that moment. You need to resist it.

rn in trying to have only 2 snacks a day i use to have 3 or 4 and i started working out only 7 mins tho so when i have spare time i may do more if anyone have some goot youtubes for full body fat loss plz let me know and ill try them out :)

I wanna advice you to walk a lot, not just workouts. Idk if your school, workplace, stores near by, etc. are near, but if they arent too far and you have time absolutely take walks. I started walking to school (1.2km) everyday and did that route 2-4 times every day. Just that alone made a very big difference.

Even if I have to use the escalators in stations that don’t have stairs, I walk or run 🏃‍♂️ upwards. By the time I get to the office I’ve burnt 60 calories

I dont think you realise what a bad influence and how furstrating it is to have someone around who eat unhealthy. Also it is not about not accepting that person, no idea where you got that from, but its good to know which people are good for your health and which arent. Also buying „milestone clothes“ is a motivation, not forcing yourself to fit into those clothes. And most of the times people who use these methods already have an eating disorder. I really dont know if you’ve ever been in the position to get on losing a lot of weight….

Just Look in the fridge for healthy Food or Tell them you tryna losse weight so they can Buy more healthy food. Or if you wanna have some sweets or smh Else buy healthy versions of your fav sweets e.g: You love choclate buy dark choclate
