I feel like it’s hard for teenagers to eat healthy because most of the time our parents choose what we eat and they overfill and then they tell u are getting fat 💀

Tips: Drink lots of water Don't focus too much on losing weight because you'll just get stressed Eat what YOU want to eat not what your friends, parents etc are eating. If you're hungry don't starve yourself, just eat. Work out 30-60 mins a day Sleep a bit more stop eating when you're full Only diet a tiny bit Limit snacking Eat whatever you want whenever you want Drink 2 glasses of water before meals If you're bored don't eat when you're not hungry

@@A_coquette_1111 sorry to say but thats how people gain weight. the more you eat, the bigger your actual stomach (not belly) gets, you need to start eating a little less to shrink so then your full with less food. if you eat when ur satisfied and not full, its very unhealthy. why eat if your already full?

1. Eat for your own Body 1:01 2. Buy Food in the Portion Size 2:45 3. Get a Life 3:48 4. Get into a Routine 4:37 5. Eat Small and Regularly 5:24 6. Intermittent Fasting 7:12 ( not a must but if suitable to your lifestyle it can help with digestion ) i just put these down for me to come and rewatch some bits, she explains them so well and it encourages me so much!

my PERSONAL experience: 1. losing weight overnight or in only a week is unrealistic. 2. Accept that it may take longer for you than everyone else. for me it took about 3 months to see any result. 3. find something you find fun, dont be stuck with the same excersice or you'll lose motivation. 4. excercising in the evening is more fun 5. don't keep eating when you're fulll, trust your stomack

My entire life, I have always been either obese, overweight or a healthy but still chubby weight. I have never ever been skinny and now I know why. I always thought that emotional eating and eating past the point of fullness was completely normal and for months wondered why i couldn’t lose more weight. I just recently learned that, that is not the case. Now, I only eat whenever I’m hungry and the amount of food that I eat has diminished drastically because of it. I’ve already lost a good couple of pounds from just listening to my body’s hunger cues.

Another tip is if you can't really always hang out with friends cause you're a teen (like me) I suggest just replacing the snacks you'll usually reach for when binging shows/watching movies with water. I've started doing that and it allows me to have enough water in a day but also take breaks from my computer to go to the bathroom or to refill my cup ^^

Had to come back bc GURL! TYSM, i watched this when you first dropped and this last year i have lost 35 kgs and finally signed to my dream modeling agency. I’m finally at peace with food and no longer obsessed w it and I just booked my first paris fashion week! TYSM AGAIN SIS!😭❤️

im in the have situation luckily im allowed to eat less when I'm not feeling it, but you can always slowly start with . few bites and hopefully your parents if they plate up your food will add less. excersizing even like this 7 minute one that i do is so great and easy. I hope you can be able to take advice from this so yeah byee

another good trick is to put everyting on your plate before eating. I don't know if its the same for everyone but in my house the food isn't served directly on our individual plates but rather on the plates that we share, so the best thing is to serve all the foods on your plate so you can see how much you eat. I usually try not to take second serves but you do you

This was actually life changing. It not necessarily what we eat that is the issue but how much we eat. I didn't realise the influence of my lifestyle choices that contributed to why I can't shift weight. Like the mirroring food I didn't realise that till you said ❤

Omg I noticed this a couple months ago! During the Alt fasting..n I remembered when I fasted years ago that I'm never really hungry til night.n I been using it to my advantage,n have been seeing results..I told myself that I don't have to eat breakfast n lunch like everyone else.But healthy foods will set u right long n short term.n I'm bout it bout it!! I'm over eating like trash,it makes me feel gross now and has had me looking a mess .so once n a while treats here n there is cool and still I don't feel obligated to finish, especially if it's not even something healthy I'm eating gf here)😊✨ love your video! I'm sure it saved some lives, new subbie ✨

Two things I’ve learnt over the years of restricting and binging, learning the difference between hunger cues and boredom but also not ignoring hunger cues and ask yourself before you take a bite if this was my last bite would I be satisfied if yes go about your day if no continue eating until your satisfied

this helps so much. even though im nowhere close to being fat, this really does help. It's important to read nutrition facts too! also don't stuff yourself, when you are getting full..it would be time to move on because you're full and don't need to over eat. certainly do NOT starve yourself and stop eating, that's terrible, you still need to eat when you're hungry and all of that, and make sure you're getting enough water, exercise, healthy food etc.

4:14 oh this point means so much to me. i don’t do a lot, but i am trying, ahyway i’d stay inside all through the weekends and half terms and holidays and whenber i got bored i’d just eat ykwim and j find when you do go out more you eat less

Tbh this video helped so much I always eat so much food but I’m gonna try to stop when I’m full and also sometimes I am conscious about the amount like I get fast food once a month mostly and when I do keep in Ming I’m a teen girl I only get a kids fry and kids 4 pc nugget and sometimes only like every other time I’ll get the lime 5 oz kids shake

honestly the best thing that’s helped me is finding a low sugar non dairy caffeine source. For my lactose intolerant girlies that drink their coffee extra sweet and extra light, you gotta cut it out! I’ve been using Celsius but even homemade alternatives like almond milk and honey instead of sugar and cream. A vanilla/chocolate protein shake mixed with coffee. I’ve also been trying the energy vitafusion with caffeine. I’m the only one in the house who puts real sugar in my coffee and it scared me to realize how much sugar we go through especially when we don’t bake often. Just after a week or so drinking teas, Celsius, matcha and low sugar dairy free coffee instead of my usual 1/4 cup cream and 2tbsp of sugar, I’ve lost so much bloat which feels nice. I sure do miss my regular cup of joe but now I realize how much it hurt my stomach and made me bloated.

I always had this mentality that my thinking was bad or smth becuz it was popular to think that way but a year ago I realized I have such a good mindset cuz I knew abt eating healthier would be better then not eating at all and started drinking water and eating/drinking healthier and I lost alot of weight, now Im starting a workout routine and Ive been on it for a week

This is a lot easier said than done a lot of people who eat eat eat have a ed depressed have no friends and then sit at home and do nothing and eating is doing something so it’s not so boring you also have to understand we are also living in a world where if your even just a bit over weight people don’t want to be you’re friend also not every one has the money to eat so healthy some people act only have the money to buy pop in the microwave tons of calories processed meals

i got in a calorie deficit, idk if u know what that is so, calorie deficit is when u lose more calories the u eat, this is my second week and i see some changes and i rlly like that i also work out and walk about 15-20 mins, i feel much better, idk when was the last time when i ate junk food, im proud of my self :)))

In my personal experience, it is important to not obsess over weigh loss and fall in love with a healthy routine and lifestyle- rather than crash dieting- I eat healthy but I eat dessert everyday and still lose weight and body fat because I am so active and eat majority well. be patient for results because time will go by regardless. future you already has your results and a body you love so be patient and show up for yourself

I’ve suffered from multiple eating disorders that just crashed in the end and of course, it’s not sustainable. I am skinny now while eating what I like and being active which I also love. create a routine that works for you that you will show up and do for yourself everyday.
