I just recently deleted all social media apps on my phone (even my fav - IG). It’s sad but I had to do it cuz it caused me a lot of stress, and at times, I couldn’t function. I was never addicted, my screen time is barely 5-6 hrs max. But I felt overwhelmed for some reason. I’m running a lot of things rn in addition of being a medical doctor and studying for my boards. It all got overwhelming. The burnout is real and I can somehow relate to you. I’d suggest delegating some tasks and hiring an assistant (like you suggested once) once HEALTHIES is up and running.
