All looks good Johnny. I like the eggs done that way. Good trick for a crowd. The day there looks cold and cloudy. Thanks again for a great video.

Thanks. And yes it was cold and cloudy, classic Ohio this time of year lol.

Nicely done. After preparing a Brunch like that. Now you deserve to sit back and enjoy a few relaxing cups of coffee with Kahlua or RumChata.

Thank you Jeff! Both of those options sound delicious.

Thanks Bobbi! Definitely not necessary for just a few eggs but it works for a lot of them.

Great idea for the eggs! They looked almost like a soft scramble.

Any project involving a four-year-old is going to be a "hot mess". But where would we be without them? Go Bucks!

My life would be a lot less exciting without him that's for sure. Go Buciks!

Johnny I went to buy your 101 book but it doesn't except PayPal. Please consider changing that. Some of us old F#&kers don't trust everything on the net. Love what you do.

I'm sorry I thought it did. Shoot me an email at griddlewithjohnny@gmail.com and I'll just send you a copy. Oh and I'm certainly not judging you, I'm younger (kind of) and I sure as hell don't trust everything on the Internet lol.

Howdy Johnny, Scrambled eggs in a pot? They looked great so I might have to give that a try. The Maple Sausage links and Patties from Kroger smell so good on the griddle that they cause an instant stomach growl. Nice spread for Brunch. Have A Day! ;~)
@JohnnyBrunet8 сағат бұрын
Ya I know, once my son ate one of those maple ones I was no longer allowed to purchase the regular ones 🤣. They're great.

I'm still unclear on why not scramble the eggs last thing on the griddle, as it was open after the pancakes. Is it because the griddle would be too hot at that point?
@JohnnyBrunet11 сағат бұрын
No you could definitely cool it down and do them then. I personally did it this way to hopefully get a fluffyer egg and to not have any bacon bits or leftover seasoning in them. But doing them at the end on the griddle will definitely also work.
@ixlzz8 сағат бұрын
@@JohnnyBrunet Okay, got it. Thank you for the reply. As I am a beginner at this, I have learned a lot from your videos.

I think they also stay shiny yellow his way, the griddle always gives them a darker, dirtier finish. It’s a good idea!
@Lettuce-and-Tomatoes4 сағат бұрын
Street Fighter Mickey was the best! The unique scrambled egg technique was cool too. 👍🏻🍻
