What do you do about sweating while training in vr? Do you have to get new vr glasses every few months, or do you have some accesory thay blocks the sweat? I'am getting meta quest 3 and nhl sense arena and i don't want it to broke because of sweating. You' re videos are amazing also. Keep it up

Sweating on the headset is usually fine but if you don’t want it to fog up, I recommend heating the headset up slightly before using because the heat difference is what causes the condensation. I usually just leave my headset on top of my desktop which stops mine from fogging up.

As a young goalie (14) can i get some tips on what to work on wih no ice and no gear on, and how to get your head back in the game after you get scored on, I'd just really appreciate any sort of tips from an elite goalie like you. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Not an elite goalie, but what i do to keep my cool after getting scored on is ignore it. Look where you are, what went wrong and keep it in mind for the next one. You cant undo the goal, but you can stop the next shot 😉

Ya so my buddys dad used to be in the ahl ohl and he was a goalie. He said he remembered that there are two goalies in youth the ones who can't make any type of shot save and the other can do both. but let's one bye every once in a while. But the emotions were totally different from every goalie. But the best way to play it off would be to either get really mad and try and persuade like the ref like no goal and there was a whole bunch of guys who would just bang their sticks on the post get all mad at the players That's how some of the goalies would handle goals. Like a tuka rask those are the guys who don't want to lose and can make it. But then the other guys just chill they get scored on they might go skate around the ice and then come back to the crease just kind of chill out take a sip of water then go ski around for a few maybe even go to the bench for a couple seconds or go fist bump your players be like that was a good goal or you know Don't really think about it though just let it go by pretend like it's a 00 game just make sure you stop the next one and then you're good so always think about the next shot and that you got to stop it.
