sometimes it's not about the duration of the stream but what you do in the stream, you know? like you can have a short 3 hour stream and absolutely kill it and still gain the same amount of followers as someone who streamed 12 hours and chilled (for example)

The biggest thing you mentioned was treating the early adapters as royalty!!! I have a small group of subs that make sure they check into my streams EVERY TIME. And if they don’t, they almost always leave a comment apologizing for not being there😱. Those are the people you do it for!
