@@tolbster. Unless something changed recently, he doesn't make money from youtube, so he is indeed putting these out for free. I am a female in a deficit eating 1300 cals per day, with 105g protein. I am getting stronger every week in every lift pretty much. And I'm getting shredded day by day! So I'm so glad Greg has done this vid! People don't think it's possible! Of course it is. Thanks Greg!! We all need this kind of info!! We're taught that we need a surplus of 300+ cals! I feel great on 1300 and I have energy all day I space the meals out put more around workouts in the evenings which is when I get hungriest. I was eating over 2000 cals before and wondered why I had a big middle! My goal is to get a 4 or 6 pack then maintain! I'm a size 6-8 UK

I watch your videos for a long time and I learned tons of things about everything and I appreciate about it. If you’ll make videos about this things I’m curious about how to get stronger while waiting at same bodyweight and how to get stronger to our almost genetic limit? which program do you recommend for beginner/intermediate/advanced powerlifters and bodybuilders?? and how to support each sport with each other? Do you plan a video series like that? and if you do I’ll be very thankfull.. Peace!
