Thank you so much for this recipe. I was in a creative rut for about a week not feeling inspired to cook my same old. I needed something easy but that would be different from my usual cooking. I tweaked the recipe a bit by adding Curry, dropping a yellow Habanero pepper to the rice and using a Knorr cube. BAAAAABY, it took the rice to another level! Best rice I have made in years besides plain white rice😂😂😂
