I LOVE this interview! I often refer to Rocky III, where Mr. T keeps knocking him down, and he bounces back up and starts talking trash! "You ain't so bad...." I often use this in my approach to life, as while life is tough, we can still bounce right back up. I truly appreciate Maria's candor, and her smile!! OMG. Great post!

I SOOOOO relate to all of this interview. My mom always told us, "if you have your health, you have everything. " I have somehow, for most of my life, had a "happy attitude ". So grateful every day for all the blessings in my life. It doesn't mean there are no trials, but how you deal with them,, your attitude, is everything!!! I was a competitive long distance swimmer and still swim at age 60. My mantra, for years, has been "come back to love". Ed, I found you because you came up in my feed while driving one night a few months ago. I am, and will be always, eternally grateful for you and the work you do and the gifts you give. THANK YOU🤗💞 And yes, I also have been taking CBD, so grateful 🙏 "you always have a choice about how to respond!" YES and you have within you everything you need💜

I am so emotional after watching this podcast. Maria is such a ray of sunshine. She emanates joy and peace and positivity and makes you feel like everything will be okay in this world. I want to share that I absolutely love to smile at people. I've been told that I make people feel like they are special just because my face lights up when I see them. That is why it pains me to no end during this pandemic that we have to cover our smiles up now. That is one of the most important ways I connect with people. I can't wait for this to be over with. I also am a huge Rocky fan. That cracked me up when she was talking about quoting him and listening to the Rocky theme song. Nothing brings me more joy than watching the Rocky movies. When Creed came out, the nostalgia gave me all the feels. :-) It's the little things in life that bring joy. My running playlist is full of Rocky songs (from Rocky and Creed). I agree with Maria that nothing is more important than family and friends and health and the essence of who you are. What an inspirational show today!

They save these things for the very strong strong souls. And you are doing an incredible job.

You have to so you don’t go into a state of depression anxiety stress fear pain chronic or emotional. In order to stay happy and healthy which is the new you now you have changed you have evolved you have completely turned into a different person you’re not the person that you used to be. You’ve learned so much and you’ve grown so much that you can’t go back to being that person. You’ve become somebody who is so knowledgeable and now that you have come so far and you’re helping so many other people you can’t you just cannot go back. You have developed and you’re in lightened or you’ve come so far I mean you’re like on a scale of 150 to 1000 of being in lightened in a spiritual realm and your vibration of energy you have come to be a master. I want to master this type of thing you cannot go back can’t your body just won’t let you go back you know who you are you’re happy you’re beautiful and it changes your life in so many ways being happy becomes simple. It’s not about things anymore it’s about just peace, love, happiness, compassion, Joy, kindness and gratitude. And helping humanity at the people that need your help it gives you ever a purpose in life that’s bigger than what your purpose was before. This is the ultimate gift that you can receive in life you’re bigger than anything you could’ve possibly dreamed of before. Your energy field and your radiance of healing the world and you know people when one person at a time one day at a time is so tremendous this is so rewarding

Great episode Ed. That Rocky Balboa quote is very powerful, "its not how hard you hit, it's how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward"
in three years that you have been able to get to this level. But you know what it was meant to be and I can’t believe I’m just so amazed that in the short period of time you were able to get to this point of knowledge and wisdom with your intuition and with everything that you have coordinated to do for yourself and for your mother. This is incredibly impressive. But apparently besides you’ve been brilliant that I know that you are always you worked with the right people

When you put the words out that out and I’ve had situation with having to have additional surgeries that I didn’t really know I was going to have at a 37 surgeries. And I ended up having those surgeries that I put out into the universe that I was probably going to have to have and I didn’t truly know but in my heart of hearts I thought that it was going to happen and it did and I’ll never do that again. But I’m not having any more surgeries I’m done. Pain-free medicine free and happy as can be. We have a lot to celebrate we have the rest of our life to celebrate these miracles and now to help other people from everything that we have learned from I called them challenges call them what you want I’m not giving them names that are too big I’m going to take up too much negativity in the world of complications. I downplay it because you know what we beat it. We are really super heroes. When you want to really describe what a superhero is this is a superhero. I’ve written two films regarding this whole type of situation one and maverick type of film and the other one a breakfast at Tiffany’s non-fiction film that you would be phenomenal In. I don’t want Maria I would love to have a conversation with you because I had brain trauma for your and a half when I got hit as a pedestrian I lost my memory completely. And was bedridden for years however now after studying and walking around with a dictionary for two years I am much more intelligent than I was back then and I’m dancing as one of my courses it’s a dance a fabulous dance with modalities of I Alternative methods for a serious health conditions corporative that. I had my foot reattached. I never thought I’d be able to dance again but I’m dancing all over the place. And the brain trauma gone completely gone my mother had a reraise me I was like a vegetable at the age of 40. Living in Los Angeles as an actress and model as well and working out in Las Vegas in the valet driver ran over me as a pedestrian. When you come through something like this this changes your life forever there’s no way it’s going to not have tremendous impact and you’re not gonna go back to the person that you are the person that you were before you’re a different person after something like this

It's not easy, but needed to be strong.

This is a lifelong practice. Mike do you know who I am and you know what I’ve been through. If you want something badly enough we’re capable of doing almost the impossible. We are limitless especially wanna comes to this type of Trumatic and probably the ultimate challenging magical thing that we could ever do for ourselves in our life. But I will tell you 100% I know for sure that it works. We are capable of doing things that most people don’t know is even a possibility. But you need to know the tools and it’s taking me 30 years to know I’m not 30 it’s taking me 24 years to get to the place that I’m at today but you know what I went through. But once you master this that’s it it’s over. The rest of your life is all about unconditional self love and compassion and living your dreams. Which ultimately means creating whatever it is in your life that you want. This is magical synchronicity, lava traction, Super Consciousness and infinite Intelligence. There’s a world out there than most people I don’t know even exist. 33 years of studying this every single day and I’m still studying it. As I’m teaching it I’m also taking 35 more certifications right now. The world is your oyster. With an incredible coach and mentor you can take 30 years and put it into two years or sooner. Much love, Stacy

Yes but ultimately this will be the biggest gift in your life and I think you already know that I can see from how you look and how you’re glowing and the words that you’re using that you probably realize this has been the biggest gift ultimately in your life.

what a great episode...she is pretty amazing.

Yes she is! What's one thing said that she said that really resonated with you?
@donavananderson2874 жыл бұрын
EdMylett For me it was how she looks at the situation and makes a choice. She chooses in her moments how to feel. And I think by her just choosing to be happy and take on that surgery like she did, proves that the power of thought alone can make you overcome some pretty heavy shit!
