I will definitely admit the first time I saw BP and that first fight on the waterfall, I was like “DAMN! Killmonger is like twice the size of T’Challa!” Which is crazy seeing as Chadwick is nearly a decade older than Michael. Nearly. But honestly, I was more impressed with Killmonger’s hair. The way he had it in the museum, all hipster looking, then formal later in the movie after he became king. That’s such a cool look for black men.

Musti fighting on a waterfall was in multiple trailers buddy. Nice try. Plus the movie is a week out from the DVD release. If you are this upset and never saw it in theaters, at this point, it’s your own fault. Not sorry. EDIT: I noticed I said he became king. Still not sorry.

John Wawe someone clearly doesn’t understand...I’m assuming you’re referring to me. Chadwick is 40, he is not past his prime. That’d be an insult if Chad heard that. Look at actors like josh brolin, Hugh jackman, and Mel Gibson...these are guys who are in their 50’s and have gotten much bigger or more toned and cut than Chad was in BP. I think it was more based on how the character’s’ physique was to be portrayed in the movie, but it still doesn’t cancel the reaction of size difference.

itsSaucyJohn if I had to guess based on his physique, I’m guessing it’s the classic, heavy compound lifts. So deadlifts, bench, squats, seated rows, lat pull downs, leg press, military press, bent over barbell rows, lunges, and for good measure pull-ups and dips. With just these exercises anybody can build a well-balanced physique

This is exactly what is SO WRONG with the fitness industry... Throwing around meaningless cliches like ‘work hard’ and ‘massive pain,’ while conveniently leaving out that he got so jacked thanks to Steroids. These are ACTORS! Not bodybuilders or athletes... To bulk up and achieve that physique takes YEARS and YEARS of dedication - or might not ever be able to be achieved naturally for some people. Michael B Jordan also just recently posted a shirtless pic on Instagram and his body looks NOTHING like it did in Black Panther.

As a personal trainer and lifetime athlete who has trained 100s of ppl, you are 100% wrong. This body IS achievable naturally in this time frame for someone dedicated enough. Notice the key words, dedicated enough to bust their fucking ass and put everything into building this specific physique with a clear picture in mind of exactly what they want to achieve. You need to look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself honestly if you have ever given 110% to anything for a year and a half and what were the fucking results? Stop being a bitch and man the fuck up if you want to be extraordinary.

@@Moniemon7 Oh please... What BS are you spewing? As mentioned originally - Michael B Jordan is an ACTOR, not an athlete. The only thing I’ll say he gives 110% of himself to is his ACTING career. Can someone achieve great results in a year and a half? Absolutely! Though as a supposed Personal Trainer you should NOT be setting UNREALISTIC expectations that achieving results like this in that amount of time is normal (especially with someone with the same starting point as Michael B Jordan). That’s UNHEALTHY and arguably UNETHICAL just so you can sell your services. You should always be honest with your clients and let them know upfront that their success does depend on their dedication and hard work - but depending on their genetics, it may either take YEARS and YEARS to achieve a similar body size, or set a more realistic achievable goal.

This is great however I want a more realistic approach. Basically a normal person that has a 9 to 5 job its very easy for entertainers to pull this stuff off they don't have to be tied to a 9 to 5 job schedule.

His trainer is very bro like, I guarantee Michael did not genuinely enjoy getting into shape. Six meals a day? Cardio? You can build a phenomenal physique without cardio and without eating six meals a day. Fasting is great to eat huge meals, and no cardio is needed when hitting your deficit. It’s merely a tool, it is useful, but not needed
@kingofthering3343
@kingofthering3343 4 жыл бұрын
Depends on your preference really. Personally, I much prefer eating lots of smaller meals throughout the day as opposed to eating less meals that were larger in quantity. For example, I would rather have 6 small meals a day as opposed to three larger ones, and I absolutely detest fasting. So this method would definitely be more suitable for me than others.

"2-3 workouts a day, 6 times a week for year and a half" NOBODY CAN PULL THAT OFF IF THEY AIN'T JUICING!! You will destroy your body if you workout 2-3 times a day, 6 days a week without taking rest days in between IF you are doing it naturally. He has achieved a great body, but it's not natural. Anybody having a minimum knowledge in lifting and nutrition and how this stuff works would know that.
