Hi Marie, The best sunscreen is an FDA-approved one from any brand that is labeled as either oil-free or for oily/acne-prone skin. Oily skin does not break down the sunscreen as long as your face has been cleansed before you apply it as you would before you apply makeup. Thanks for watching!

I would like to know if a sunscreen is labeled for the body is it safe for the face, I know in a past video you said that if its for kids it's just a way to make us buy more, is this the same thing?

I suddenly became horribly allergic to traditional sunscreen about a year ago. Is this a common issue? Is it temporary? I've switched to chemfree sunscreen, but I don't like it because it's not as sheer in my experience. Another thing is that I don't like haing to layer stuff on my face, but I haven't found any chemfree moisturizers with SPF. Do you know anything about sunscreen pills?

hello Dr, Will using sunscreen keep my skin from getting darker in the summer time? If not what will? Also what can i use to brighten my skin tone without causing discoloration?
@laibarao234 жыл бұрын
Use topical vitamin c on skin!
@HissSpitGrowl11 жыл бұрын
What about mixing chem free sunscreen with moisturizer? That would enable someone to apply a thinner layer of sunscreen,
@theofficialVEVOformu7 жыл бұрын
HissSpit Growl I wouldn't do that look online for both 2 in sunscreens with a listirizer
@mariac.delgado67806 жыл бұрын
Hi HissSpit, it's not a good idea, because you're going to apply less sunscreen than you need.

Hi DR I am on retin a I am also using hydroqunon 4% for my hyperpigmentaion but my pigment is not gone lighter But acne is under control I tried the gycolic 8% cream other night I burned my skin ( in the morning it was rough ) off course I didn't use retin a on that night. Please help
@mariac.delgado67806 жыл бұрын
Hi Farhana Nilam, your skin is sensitive and you must use either retin a or glycolic acid, not the two of them, it has to be your doctor decission, consult him(her).

There are many many physical and chemical-based sunscreens which are naked to the eye when applied, even while using 1/2 tsp on face and 1/2 tsp on neck and decollete.
