I've been searching video's like this because I started with a hot dog cart about 5 Months ago and I've grown it to the point I'm starting to look into either a concession trailer or go all out on a food truck soon! My suggestion to anyone wanting to get into this is to start small like I did with a small food cart, find a good location, and grow your regular customers. Then expand on that!

I live in Dayton Ohio and my food truck will be fully operational this spring. I bought my truck, gently used, from a church outside of Indy ($6,000). Equipment, new and gently used, came to around $3,500. El Loco Mobile is the name. Spanish street food and cuisine is our game. Ill let you all know how it goes. I'm still working out kinks involving the menu and how I can maximize using the food I order. I plan to shop at local farmer's markets and I also grow essential herbs at home like basil, cilantro, parseley and mint.
