I have this laptop about a week or two now. Setting the max processor state to 97-99 did help my cpu temps hover usually from 85-90 under load to just 60-70. And the fans kept quiet while playing dying light 2 on medium to high setting at 1080p giving constant fps of 60-70.

just set it to 99 and forget about it. it simply disables turbo boost for basically no performance difference but biiig temp drop

i would suggest u to take the nvidia discrete as this intel arc is still new, maybe not as much as nvidia in terms of compatibility software.

The Intel Arc GPU isn't bang for buck, performance is a bit unstable and inconsistent, so to maximize money gain better to opt for the Nvidia Configs of this exact laptop instead, or wait until Intel Arc becomes more optimized

I think this labtop would be enough for mt gaming experience but it's much more expensive in my country, and for a lower price I can get this Loq15 with same cpu and RTX 3060, 4050 or same price with RTX 4060...
