Seriously, magnesium deficiency IS no joke. That supplement Brent’s advertising is genuinely worthwhile. Like a Brent says, it’s got the 7 effective forms of supplemental magnesium and using it really makes a difference. I used separate forms of magnesium individually and felt a HUGE post workout benefit and benefits in general (and combined it with potassium chloride and vitamin k2) but then switched to this product to get an all-in-one for price and convenience.

The Albanian Lorg Arent there a couple of the magnesium’s that can bring on soft stools? I take Magnesium Glycinate before bed and it’s been wonderful Maybe will have to try all seven. I really like it before bed though

@@anybodyoutthere3208 : yes, I think so, but I can’t think which ones (if not all) and I think that effect MIGHT be dosage related and/or is adaptable. I agree about glycinate before bed - it makes for some really nice sleep. I found the yt channels of Thomas de Lauer and Eric Berg have some good informative / educational videos about magnesium supplementation. I also find it kind of funny that I got serious and talking about nutrition on a Brent Pella video. Not that I mind or that it doesn’t fit (cuz the dude is seriously fit and healthy!), it’s just i find it kind of funny Brent got us (or me) thinking about nutrition. I guess he can get us thinking about anything - thru his super powers of comedy! 🤔😁

The Albanian Lorg oh yeah I have been watching Thomas and Bergs videos for a long while. I had done my labs in 2017 and it came back pre diabetic. So completely switched diet around (was always into nutrition and trying to select good quality foods) But I was able to bring my HA1c down to normal levels in 4 months. I used to drink tons of green smoothies/juices too... Just made my blood skyrocket I found out. Eventually added in a couple types of Magnesium’s and that really helped. Yes it’s funny Brent has brought in nutrition talk on here. But at this point in time it’s best we get sunshine, sleep, good diet and some magnesium in us. Best to you ~
