Ngl, I'm disappointed by Marcel's supposed villain arc. The writers weren't brave enough to commit to making him a true villain so they backtracked and made him a hero again all in the space of a single episode. And chettybud didn't get enough of development either. Hopefully he becomes a recurring character instead of a one-off plot device. There's a lot of untapped potential.

I had 3006 guests to win it. 32 rides (mostly roller coasters) 42 stalls 28 services (info, cash, bathroom). Still with a 24k debt, but that was by design. If I had really known what I was doing, I think 4000 isn't really that of a big challenge.

Surely each ferris wheel takes up 3 sprite slots each? Or are the entrance/exits not separate sprites? I could kinda see it making sense either way, but intuitively I'm leaning towards 3. 🤔

I've been able to beat this scenario with over 10k guests in Classic, since the sprite limit is much higher in that game. IIRC, I didn't spam many transport rides to help keep guests in the park and I don't think Classic lets you do both Free and Half Price entry at the same time, as well as not letting you advertise free rides in a pay per entry scenario. I also hit the ride limit, which is still 255 in Classic.

1:05 you say that charging for the park entrance is a problem (because the income drops when you stop getting new guests). I don't agree completely since they still have to buy drinks and food, go wee wee and poo poo, and of course buy umbrellas when it rains. Add some cash machines, and the guests in the park are in an infinite spending loop of buying food and drinks, dumping it in the bathrooms and walking to the cash machine to repeat the process. In between they buy a balloon, hat, sunglasses, and a teddy roosevelt bear. Do guests really spend so much less when the ride fees are taken away? Oh and they ride rides that make them happy. Sure, yeah. That too.

Speaking of ads: Does the ride you pick when selecting "Advertising campaign for a particular ride" actually mater? It's not mentioned in advertising video, and the impact of each other campaign is clear (guests get vouchers for free/half off the other stuff).

Any guest that spawns from that ad campaign will immediately head towards that ride when they enter the park. The same goes for a guest with a free ticket for a ride, but not one with a voucher for free food.

OP • 5 yr. ago I had too much money at the start so I build standards. Also my goal was not to build a beautiful park, but to get as many guests. I honestly don't like building coasters on the app, because its annoying with my fat fingers. In pc I always loved it, but I adjusted my goals. ^^^^^^ Yandex still has it cached so I recovered the deleted comment you showed at 3:44. I misread the challenge, so was working hard to get the 3000 guest in 3 years. I was suprised nothing happend after I reached the end of October with just 3010 guests 😂. I started a new advertising campaign and build 2 rides. After that is speed up the game succeed the challenge 😂

So I was playing Amity for my first time, (after picking up pro tips from your other videos), and had about 3,900 guests come October Year 4. Next thing I know, I'm getting notifications for March. Calender reads March, Year 4. The event history shows a clear change from "October" to "March". Anyone else ever have this glitch, or know what triggers it?

Well you started by removing all paths and everything.... this is a mayor advantage sinds the guest do not get lost and get angry because they get lost :) The starting path tiles are terrible! Block paths on large open area's or simply removing them will also help.

It just requires you to be fast, all that path deletion buys you this scenario. I haven't played the RCT2 ones much and stuck with RCT1 parks, the ''build 10 very long coasters'' also aren't hard. Those are just long. How about the ''real'' parks with vanilla RCT1? Geoffrey Gardens is RCT1 but it's an unholy abomination.
