Thank you Speed, for bringing up the point of abandoning the lane for safer farm in the jungle. I've noticed a lot of low mmr players get triggered by this move because their train of thought goes "This pl is farming the jungle when there's an open lane? Why is this pl giving the doom a free lane? Who is this trash" not realising that pl does FAR better in the jungle than in lane. I used to spam offlane veno, even before this patch and when against a hard match up like jug/tusk, I almost always just go farm triangle because as a veno I can farm it fast and I don't risk dying and feeding their jug. But no, I get constantly flamed for doing this. Even in the divine bracket. So thanks for spreading the awareness that abandoning the lane != losing the game

The biggest problem with lower mmr brackets Is that pos 5, pos 4, pos 3 and pos2 are already farming the jungle camps so you can't flashfarm

No the biggest problem is that you didn't buy your own vision that lets you rotate between the enemy safelane and jungle camps near by to apply pressure and force rotations. That is what a higher mmr player would do if you gave them your account. You can either focus on what you could do differently or continue to play the victim. Merry xmas & gl in your games.

that's why you communicate. also picking a couple early fights in lower mmr is ok because they don't know how to tp react or watch the map. say you win your lane and kill the enemy offlaner once or twice; get your upgraded boots or second wraith band/orb of venom; coordinate with your team and set up a gank on the enemy safe lane, they won't see it coming.

@@mamtomdauphong1696 I can only assume that the yasha is intended to keep them relevant in the early stages of the game, like if they anticipate early brawling, or a game where the enemy cores scale smoothly as opposed to hitting power timings. Really the yasha provides armour attack and movement speed, things that are all relevant to keep a slow core in the game early and can be built into manta/sange yasha etc

Most important things as pos5 in early game: 1) Harass as much as u can, u need to take the damage not ur carry. If the offlane is solo u try to cut him off from the creeps. 2) Pull, this is really important. Your carry need exp as fast as possible so he can farm safely without needing ur help (in this video this is the reason pl could go jungle so early). Pulling also allow u to farm neutrals and get gold/exp urself. If u cant do 1) just concentrate on point 2). The most common thing u can see in low-mid bracked is a passive pos5 just sitting behind the carry doing nothing much. If ur carry has more exp than the enemy offlaners you have done a good job.

Staying behind your front liners and then ulti your way in, set your team up for a great team fight and then just deal damage to the confused enemy. Thats just my opinion based on watching pro games I think don't take it too seriously im just a low mmr player xD

The biggest problem in low mmr brackets is that carries are often contested in last hits and jungle creeps. A lot of the times you have at least 3 players farming jungles all game. Sometimes even the supports are farming in jungle.

As a result, the top tower died quick, and now the safety of the jungle will rely solely on the warding of the support. Sometimes it is okay and even recommended to go to the jungle, but you should know that there are always sacrifices since as you leave the tower won't be defended, and the enemy offlaner will free farm. No matter how fast the carry farm, he should not forget to give pressure to the offlaner to delay their key items. This kind of playstyle will not give you free MMR, it will only make you alone have a higher impact on the game while sacrificing the space of the whole team. For certain heroes, it will have a great result(This PL here), but for many cases, this is just not the play. It would be better if you could explain this part since I believe many people who watch this video will start jungle after they could, but as I said before, it is only the best choice in certain situations.

what i have experienced in my 4.5k pubs is that when i play carry and i go afk farm, my supps will go afk farm too, farm jungle camps and so on, and i have to walk long ways to get to the next camps that are free, but when i play a pressure carry like lone druid and i can actually go do stuff on the map and get people to walk with me and apply pressure, i have a lot more success. its just whenever my supps go afk farm i lose basically, and me going afk farming makes it more likely that my supps afk farm too

You ask why people complain about supports, but in this scenario I wouldn't complain. He got to level 6/7 earlier than doom offlane which is impressive, and that was without jungling, I'm assuming he couldnt do that against doom and oracle if his support wasn't doing his job. You can't simply just jungle if you get utterly smashed in lane before level 4. even more so if doom has a free game and oracle or whoever is the 4 pos feels free to follow you in your jungle.

in the animal bracket, its always the support, when you have stupid support, you cant do a shit as a carry, they take your LH, they're destroying the lane, they just want to kill the offlane without thinking, and then died and blaming the carry for not helping them, like seriously, that's the only thing that made me stuck in the animal bracket, cause you know im a solo player hahah, sometimes i just simply win the game when i got good support, they just pull the creeps and stack the jungle and that just simply make me fat and win the game. Pl is my best hero, so this video is like those times when you learn something you know very well in school. I really always go tryhard with Pl, I have binded a control group to the non damaging doppelganger illusion, have that spell on quick cast etc. I love this hero. Btw this I wouldn't be too conservative with doppelganger when initiating, because of Doom.

Problem is, at lower MMR, youll get flamed and reported for being afk in jungle 18 minutes. People will tilt at that and thus play worse, and therefore lose the game a lot quicker on all lanes. And then youre basically looking at a gameover game 15 minutes in, with enemies at tier 3 taking your rax. The only reason why this works, is due to name recognition. If you are a noname, youll get flamed right away for passive play like this. Not so much here. Everyone plays somewhat reasonable trying to not lose all towers instantly, no one tilts, no one rages, no one reports you.

Tower first, as long as your enemy don't defend it. It opens more space for you to farm, more map control, and more and safer opportunity for your teammates to gank enemy core.

just keep doing what he's saying .. the game is not lost from min 1 to 8, its after that. Be annoying to your enemy with ur map farm pattern and you'll see them crumble, giving a huge advantage to your team.

Have some friends who is really good with supporting. I'm ranked legend 1 a few months ago, then i started playing with my friend whom is really good at supporting. Not only you will have a good support, its easier for you to communicate with your support. i climbed from legend 1 to ancient 3 because we always dominate our lane. Solo queue in legend to ancient bracket is still hard because the support is selfish and dont want to learn from his core critism

I think it's a misconception to suggest people not to dive when the strongest players understand that may be the best or optimal way to siege high ground... These principles will help a pub win pubs but not be a better player...As stated in other videos, you need to press the boundaries of where you think the limit lies to really be great.

i do believe the reason you don't see people in lower brackets fuck off their safelane into jungle is becuase they are way too used at getting trash talked for going into jungle. They will start shit talking him into WTF are you doing. Also unlike high skill games, low skill games prioritize takting towers a lot. So the moment the carry fucks off the lane into jungle you will see 3 heroes on top and basically the lane is lost. Because they will get the Outpost, the T1 tower, but most importantly. They will get your team on their side. The team will start blaming the carry for abandoning the lane even if he's doing relatively good. It all just snowballs from there. As when people get upset they start making dumb plays. Their desperation to regain momentum will force a bad teamfight that will wipe the entire team.
