Jazak Allah I do follow these rules and ALHAMDULILLAH since 20 years I'm good and healthy, And I maintain my weight from 69 to 73 And I don't fast but skip my 1 or 2 meals every alternate day Alhamdulillah for everything

Maine 1 month sugar nahi liya. Sirf 2 baar jaggery ki chai pi thi. Intermittent fasting aur good diet bhi liya aur Alhamdulillah 6kg weight lose kiya. Sugar minimum rakhna achi health ke liye bahut zaruri hai. Agar meetha khana hai to alternatives use karo limit me. Self control aur eating discipline bahut zaruri hai. Dua ki darkhast
