Thanks for the video series, started recently and it's really good content! You mention something about the 5 components opener and hint that if you don't slam items, you'll be down 2 full items on the lobby. Do everyone get 5 comps opener if you do? I never noticed and don't know where I could confirm if that's a mechanic.. Cheers, thanks for the content!

That is correct! Outside of the very beginning of the game, everyone will always be +/- 1 component. So if your opponents all have 6 at the end of Stage 2, you will also very likely have 6.

So for odds of hitting, if 8 player are allive, and they all have a 2 star epick unit which is not the one u going for, if u wait 2 round for 20 extra gold, and 3 player dies, putting all epick back in pool, going for 3star epick is scouting mostly (or luck :D )

She does damage to the entire board when she casts her big AOE spell -- so even if its, say, 500 damage, thats around 4k+ damage to the whole team late game!

Ive climbed from unranked to gold 2 in 2 days by spamming void comp over and over, top 2 guaronteed if u hit 8 void for the most part and augments are super versatile, best easy comp right now to force id say

@@terpisdead But being flexible is much better. What will you do if you want to reach master+? And why didnt you force a viable comp? Void is only good with a spat, and the chances that you are going to get one is low. (I climbed from unranked to plat in 15 games on my smurf)

@@ferenc1512 While I agree that playing flexible is the best strategy for anyone trying to be good at the game, having one or two comps that you force is a great way of learning. For any newer player I'd definitely recommend sticking to two comps that you really understand how to play and mostly playing other comps when given very clear direction for them, until you're comfortable enough with the game and it's basics to start experimenting on your own.

Pretty sure what he was highlighting when picking gift from the fallen was his first augment (zzrot duplicator) not the thresh. I could be wrong and zzrot doesn’t work with gifts but yea

Yeah they removed a bunch of death conditions to prevent crazy interactions like zzrot + gifts from the fallen (which is good). We already learned many times how good ally death buffs can be!

That augment interaction with zzrot for stage 2 tempo is literally the only condition that make it playable, and he hit a neeko lead into a free lux 2 at 4-1, don’t get me wrong his play is flawless but let be honest here he highroll a little

it's also playable on stage 3 with protector's vow. let's you have a really strong frontline into mid stage 4 with only 1 defensive item. i swear this augment is hidden op and people just don't know how to play it. even soju agrees stats are fake on this augment.
