Great idea! I remember a while back watching the infamous Felx Wheeler full day of eating where things were really spiralling for him and he ended up trying to eat 20 eggs for his breakfast like he used to but obviously was way past his prime and he threw up halfway through his second coffee. Then later on he racially abused a chinese employee at a wendys drive through and crashed his car into the order box whilst trying to speed away. A sad video that was rightfully taken down. It ended with Wheeler pissing onto his own couch in a rage about how unfair his life was and how Ronnie Coleman did g4p. But yes, a full day of Jay eating would be great!!

I'll say it again. Jay did everything right. He doesn't have to prove anything anymore. He perfectly planned and implemented the balance between success, health and business life. Jay, Like your honesty. Bottom line is that you no longer have to prove anything to anyone! I was an amateur bodybuilder Age 16-20. Every workout was absolute HELL and TORTURE. You lived through this and were at the top of this world. Watching you in your 50s is great. Absolutely nothing wrong with slowing down. Talk more about the mindset you had back in the day and what you are really feeling today. It’s hard when most of your life, you lived with your GIANT body. In later years, bodybuilders are like beautiful actresses that have to live in the body that once defined them. Unlike other athletes, people look at those athletes with reverence in their presence. For older bodybuilders, you see peoples eyes wander, to your chest, biceps etc almost in disappointment. Then you find yourself in the presence of younger bodybuilders with young muscle. They too will Age, if they are fortunate enough to age. You are a warrior that showed everyone what the human will can accomplish. Again, talk some about coming down from the top of the world. Not many of us have been there to experience the descent from the top. Hard thing to talk about. I understand. But it’s real. Closest thing to this is aging in general. But you are in the public eye. And your body is/was your sport. Not golf, baseball, basketball or football. Easier for these guys to feel comfortable having a beer at a local bar.
