The only resources that Singapore have is its people. The factors that contribute to Singapore success are (1) Political stability (2) Low Corruption (3) Good Education (4) Meritocracy (5) No red tape (6) Good location (7) Laws similar to UK (8) English as Official language (9) Efficient government (10) Hard working people (11) Business friendly policies to attract foreign investment (12) Foreign Talent (13) Good planning (14) Maintain good relationship with all countries (15) The late PM Lee Kuan Yew used "Sun Tzi Art of War" to manage the country. The "Sun Tzi Art of War" is not just a book about war. It can also be use for Business management and management of a country.

Ha ha !!! Very funny but it’s true. From a true blue locally born, bred Singaporean 🇸🇬 with more than 50 years of living here, I say he hits most, spot on. 🤣👍🏾

The ones who are rich are the government leaders , while the majority of the people are saddled with debts and have to work till death. and its very difficult to get good jobs in Singapore, hence to survive most have to work low wages as Grab rider, cleaner, security guard which pays just SGD1000+ a month just to pay their debts, expenses and mortgage. Some are underemployed e.g degree/master but working for diploma paying jobs. Singapore just look good at surface, you have to see the ground sentiment more. This is while many foreigners are taking up jobs here as there are 40% of residents that are foreigners. This 40% does NOT include the 500K Malaysians who commute to Singapore for work from JB. Its an unlivable city for the average people hence high stress and low marriage/birth rates.

@@NewmaticKe You must be really out of touch with all the job/business losses and high cost of living. You must be a pap monkey that does not feel the pinch in Singapore

Constant publicity won't change the Facts. Eternal debt 2.7 trillion$ . Debt to GDP. 200% plus. Yet riches in the world. No financial statement. Non transparent with no accountability.

The debt is good debt. Not the kind of debt owned by US government that could shut down the government.
