With this said......Is this a good ski for longer cruises, or should I just get a gtx. Looking at Mostly long cruises and about 15% messing around.....thoughts?

GTX is more suited to your needs. Preferably the 170.

Always kill it with your reviews and insight. Watch as many as I can. Question you may or may not be able to answer.. but I respect your expertise. Have a 2020 RXT-X 300. Great machine. Not sure the next one to buy.. so many options but leaning towards a Yamaha. Not sure it needs to be as fast. FX HO or SVHO the right play? Would love any other suggestions. Thank you!

I disagree with the gold title. Whilst there ok its I feel its very limited in what it can do as an all round ski. Offshore in rough conditions its limited I mean real man rough conditions. Even had problems when going along in the river passing big wake at high speeds hook up issues occurred, No good for tow sports in aus. It's basically a specific Purpose machine and whilst it performs well in that situation so does three others skis but at least they can do everything else just as well. This is why I feel it doesn't deserve ski of the year Ie fx shvo/gp1800/kawasaki ultra is the other three that I mentioned. Respect the decision just my opinion cheers mate.
