At point blank range, the bullet would reach Batman before Superman could reach the bullet, because the only thing that would indicate that Spidey shot the gun is the muzzle flash, and even though light is faster than sound (and a bullet is faster than sound), at point blank range, that difference is negligible. Superman still needs to accelerate/gather the energy needed to reach the bullet fast enough, but at point blank range, the bullet would reach Batman. Sorry Bats.

Wow I missed this part, for those who don't know, there's a deleted scene where Peter's Dad shows up during one of the times Peter looks down at Gwen's grave, it's a pretty emotional scene. The two The Amazing Spider-Man films have some pretty awesome Deleted Scenes that it's baffling why they were cut as they would've improved character development and the story.
