It has happened that inflation leads to facism (see: Germany), but it's definitely not a perfect correlation at all and it also discounts other factors that may have pushed the populace in that direction...and Trump is definitely NOT a facist like the media implies. He talks to people and he listens to people. That is hearing many different perspectives and then deciding on our own what to think and/or believe. Across ABC, CBS, and NBC, coverage of Kamala Harris was found to be 78 percent positive and 22 percent negative vs. Trump 15 percent positive coverage versus 85 percent negative. Her inability to answer a question directly instead of it turning into a word salad, which she had done on multiple interviews and on the campaign trail. Harris has also flip-flopped on whether police provide public safety not covered by the media along with her flip flop on multiple policy positions. Plenty of interviews had opportunities to press her but never did. She went from an unfavorable approval rating as a sitting VP to a favorable approval rating in less then a week for someone replacing a candidate. Sounds like a coordination effort in my opinion. Stop with the pandering and call it what it is homie. Never voted for Trump but this time around I did because of the blatnet lies corporate media pushes on us. About 15 years ago, when I resided with my dad (who was born late 1940s), I showed him how watching CNN was making him talk mostly in fear than logic, and introduced him to youtube. Maybe but that's old school farm animal management at play. My dad shot my dog because he couldn't break it from running the sheep. Neighbors wouldn't have wanted such a dog either, other than that she was a good pup. My understanding is once a dog starts that crap it's impossible to train it not too, it's just too fun. Same with dogs who love to chase cars, I lost 2 that way.

Mentioning long format is the key takeaway of this video. Peterson mentioned a while ago that there is a growing audience for podcasts because people are interested by listening to deep conversations while doing something else like working out or cooking. I remember he said that (not exact quote) "back in the days you could get maybe 5 or 6 minutes on TV if you were stellar in your field of study" and i remember that this point stuck a lot with me because it was true; i was going for podcasts because the real experts could express themselves as they pleased for as long as they want. No wonder nowadays the podcast format is overcoming the legacy media. People are more curious and intelligent than legacy media previously believed and so they cannot fulfill the demand for real explanations on complicated subjects.
