Wish there was a little more details on prospecting or if her system is using a mailing list. Monica mentions in the interview sending her first batch of emails to 300 businesses then and she continues continues with the interview with how she she replies to the folks that responded (working the system she created). My question is, "Where did that amount of prospects to email come from?" Are you using a mailing list? Is this fully covered in her course?

Thanks for the info. I've watched this podcast twice now and have 2 questions: What is the earnings potential here? For your original 9x12 business plan you mention $5k profit after a successful run. What would be the profit for a successful run for this e-mail system? How long would it take for a successful run? Monica started to talk about it and said 2-3 days to set up, but didn't mention how long it would take to finish a run. I would be working on this full-time.

no photoshop, just canva! (the way to go now). What she's saying is that for things like M6 where the ads are larger it can make sense to pay a designer to do a custom ad. I personally don't think it's necessary though - I like canva all the way around! She uses canva for everything now.

I live in a village of only 2500 people and I even put a card out just to my village (I do a 2500 piece mailer on 6x11) and have it filled easily. There's not only plenty of businesses who will want to be on it locally but also businesses who want to reach your town.

Yeah I do apologize for that a bit. I have a postcards system that people have been following for about 13 years, so I don't always remember that new listeners may not be aware of it -- and this was kind of geared towards those familliar with it. Summarized, the process is pretty simple: You send a large postcard to people locally, and break it up into separate ads for businesses who pay for ad space on it (and a profit to you).
