A Good demonstration - don’t forget dorsi flexion in the foot (toes to the sky) and attacking the ground with the mid foot is key.

So I've recently started doing drills like this before every run as I think my form has deteriorated faster than my fitness. One thing that's new for me is dorsiflexion. Should I be trying to squeeze toes to shins the whole time in drills like this? My speed has increased since thinking about that during a run but my calf muscles are hating it. Thanks the drills are so helpful
