Good job. It helps if you clean out the crevice in which the seal sits as well. There will always be dust and grime in there and it will just dirty the seal again.

When you do an ac reset, what should show on the screen? I am having trouble getting into Hset after battery change. Like its locked up. Screen shows 1-1 Friday

AC is reset good but not necessity

You don't need to remove the white movement holder. Thereby eliminating having to bend the metal prongs.

I did exactly same , i have diff problem. Everytime i tight the screw watch display stops and then i lose the screw it works again ( i can't let lose screw )

Theoretically possible, but if you're careful, don't pinch the o-ring, clean off all dust, should be OK.
