Hello Coby! Do you have any suggestions or advice on SI dysfunction? I am pregnant so this new problem im dealing with sometimes comes with the territory. I found a Osteopath here in Las Vegas that Im working with that has told me that it's just something to be expected with all the relaxed ligaments in my pelvis and to not stretch too much, walk too much and to avoid sitting. I can see how these things can inflame the SI joints but this leaves out everything but lying down! And to be honest this is just as painful while trying to turn in bed or even get out of bed and certainly not realistic for the term of the pregnancy. Besides weekly adjustments and a back brace are there any exercises or movements that might help move things back in place as well as engage the ligaments and tendons to support the pelvis better? Thank you for your advice!!

Great info but the music in the end is not appropriate for the subject. It almost gave me a heart attack n hurt my ears terribly. For that I gave a thumb down.
