How you explained using lats for pull-up is amazing. The algorithm brought me here, but it was nice content! A new subcsriber!!!

Can you do a video on how to target the love handles. I know nutrition is number 1 on the list but how would you attack that area to burn that stubborn fat. Thanks for all your awesome videos.

Oddly enough, somehow in my program, my traps, lower near my spine, seem to get sore easy, and …. Before back days … maybe it’s my shoulder days that’s straining them …? Hmm

Paul. I'm 55 and have been taking trt for almost a year. I don't want to take trt anymore. What can I do where my body will produce testosterone. My body before was at level of 260 before trt now it's at 700. If I stop taking trt I don't want my levels to drop but I'm afraid it would. Help me
@PaulSklarxfit5 ай бұрын
Once you start it is my understanding that you cannot stop without your testosterone decreasing to its prior levels or less. I would have a conversation with the doctor who prescribed it.

I have a ton of wrist pain during regular push ups with my hands flat on the floor. I have to use push up bars or go fists down. Any suggestions to deal with this?
@PaulSklarxfit5 ай бұрын
Push-up bars are a great substitute. You can also play around with angling your hands slightly out during the push-up.
