Hi Paul I just want to say thank you for the knowledge you have given me. I'm 55 years old and I go to the gym 4 to 5 times per week with my 17 year old son who's looking awesome as I've passed on my knowledge to him I've gained over the years. We have a master teacher's student to student teacher's master relationship. I drive a bus for a living so spend around 10 hours 5 days a week sat on my backside, so I've purchased some resistance bands to which I've been using for around 4 weeks on my breaks on my bus as there's loads of secure anchor points and man what a difference they have made to me I'm already seeing the results specially my bicep triceps and stomach. Thanks again paul. In 2017 I was involved in a horific motorcycle cycle accident to which I broke my pelvis and my arm also burst my bladder and it's been a up hill struggle to get fit again but I'm doing well that's to inspiration from your videos also my son who's gives me drive. All the best Paul. Dallas from Uk

This is gold thank you. I'll incorporate traps work outs. As for the military press, I normally do them while I'm on my knees. I find it easier on the back and can lift heavier that way.

Glad to help. And yes, you can do your overhead press in any position that alleviates stress on the lower back.

Hi Paul thanks for the time you explain things it really helps to understand why you’re doing the move. Is there other moves for doing traps without lifting the bar as I struggle with my shoulders and shrugs is the only one I feel on a move.

If I was so join with your program, do I get the most recent months of your workout routines or do you start me on a beginner routine that was say made up when you started making your routines? Just curious because I’m sure your workouts have evolved to your liking and what you feel is better than what you thought a while back.
