Great truth Loz! Personally, if there are days when I feel like making a "cheatmeal", I do it at home with foods that I eat daily, simply without controlling the quantities and that's it, because I have my diet based on foods that I really enjoy. For me, a “cheatmeal” is eating the same thing in a different format, balancing the macronutrients with the myfitnesspal mobile application or choosing equivalences between foods to vary a little more, giving more freedom in that sense, and trying a slightly more elaborate recipe. but without controlling quantities or weighing anything at that moment, and that's all... When you enjoy what you eat so much and follow a flexible diet truly adapted to your tastes, you like your food more than going out to eat or making those "junk" meals haha. Even, by balancing macronutrients, you can include any food you like (I don't do it daily, I have several equivalent options per meal, but if at any time I feel like using myfitnesspal, I do it) without deviating from your goal. Whoever does not achieve their goals, whatever they may be, is because they do not want to... Regarding your growth phrase Loz, do you currently include cardio? Or do you just count your steps and be orderly? If so, how many steps do you take on average per day? Greetings!!

Agreed 100%. My meals are simple, it’s what works for me. I used to spend hours and hours in the kitchen before I started simplifying and learning new ways to cook. Beef/chicken and rice/potatoes topped with some Kinders sauce is a daily staple, also egg/egg whites and rice is also in my daily arsenal. When I cook for the wife and kids l, 3-4 times a week, I always make something large enough so I can eat some the next day, and the food I make for them is pretty extravagant compared to a “bodybuilding meal”. Watching KZbin videos just like this has helped me learn the most efficient ways to prep.
