Rice 🍚 has to be boiled for at least 20 minutes as rice that has not been cooked soft but dry gets stuck in the throat and you can get bruises on your stomach area and contaminated raw rice when cooked makes your saliva rough up the skin around your mouth and face.

Why bother with a rice cooker, when you can just use boil-in-a-bag, parboiled rice? Its more expensive, but so what if you can afford it, it’s way easier, fool-proof and no cleaning required.
