I did mine on the redemption alert but when I test redeem it, it shows up as a default alert and won’t show the one I custom made? Any ideas on what I should do?

You have to go to dashboard > Alert Box > Cloudbot Redemption and uncheck "replace product image with custom image". Then the custom image of your "item" will show in place.

Mine won't work correctly Slobs. When I or viewers redeem a gif with sound from the Loyalty store I made, it either shows the wrong one or plays a sound from a different one?? I can't find a video to show me what I'm doing wrong. I have mine set up just like this video. I made sure cloudbot is on also. I just can't get it to play the right one when someone types to redeem it?? Any help guys....please!!! I know this is two years later lol

I would like to add a Cloudbot command that redeem directly the item. Watched some tutorials saying to use $(redeem ) in the command, but it didn't worked for me. ;( Lets say, I was starting just trying to add an alert for drink water, for instance. I created the item on Store, named it "water" add the cost, customized the animation and sound. And when i type !redeem water it works as expected. But it's too much to type for chat users. I would like them to just type !water and "buy/redeem" the item + trigger the alertbox... I know it's possible and in fact i made it works once, but it stopped working.

If you right click SLOBS and go over "run with graphics processor" you should be able to select your graphics processor, instead of your CPU. If you're running NVIDIA i know you can go into the settings window of nvidia to set SLOBS to run the program with the nvidia graphics processor by default. check into that because that will make it much easier for your.
